Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

A few boards had minor marks but overall very pleased
Out of the packs I opened, two or three boards had very faint surface marks — possibly from transit. Nothing visible once laid given the dark colour, but worth noting. The overall floor looks exceptional and feels genuinely premium. Would still recommend.
Brilliant in the conservatory
Was worried about a dark floor in what's already a shaded room but it actually works brilliantly. The tone is warm rather than cold, and it pairs really nicely with our grey furniture. Fitted it myself over a weekend — no issues at all.
Solid feel, great colour

Kitchen floor sorted
Needed something waterproof and hardwearing for the kitchen. This ticks both boxes. The Nightfall colour is bold but it works — makes the room feel modern and high-end. Couple of months in and not a scratch or mark to be seen.

Impressive quality for SPC
I've fitted a few different vinyl click floors over the years and this is comfortably one of the best. The rigid core is noticeably stiffer than thinner boards I've used before, and the 6mm makes a real difference in how it feels underfoot. The Nightfall colour is bold — definitely a statement choice — but it looks fantastic in our open-plan kitchen-diner. Acclimated it for 48 hours first as recommended and had zero issues with fitting. Highly recommend.
Statement floor, no regrets
Was debating between this and a lighter wood effect for ages. Went dark and absolutely do not regret it. The Nightfall Black Oak is dramatic but classy — not at all overdone. Feels premium to walk on, clicks together well, and the finish has held up perfectly after three months of heavy use in the hallway. Exactly what we were after.

Slightly darker than the photos online
The colour in person is a touch darker than I expected from the images, but honestly I prefer it — it's richer and more dramatic. Feels really premium to walk on. The room looks completely different to how it did with the old carpet, and in a very good way.

For what you're getting — proper SPC, solid feel, gorgeous dark finish — the price is fair. Fitted the bedroom and it looks like something from a show home.
Wish there were more colour options
The Nightfall Black Oak is stunning and I love what it's done to our hallway — but I was hoping to carry the same range into a lighter room and there wasn't a matching pale option. Four stars only for that reason. The product itself is flawless.
