Acclimatisation
On delivery, check the outer packaging for any visible damage before signing — you don't need to open every pack. Then allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting, keeping packs sealed and laid flat.

Took a day to fit but worth every minute
Took longer than I expected to fit the whole living room — probably about eight hours in total for a first-timer — but the end result is absolutely stunning. Feels like a proper premium floor, solid underfoot with no creaking. The rustic oak design has real depth to it, doesn't look cheap or printed. Partner is thrilled, which is the main thing.

Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online but this has completely won me over. The 6mm SPC feels solid and premium, not flimsy at all. We put it down in the open-plan living and dining area — covers a big space and every plank has clicked in perfectly. The colour is a lovely natural oak, not too orange, not too grey. Would absolutely order again.
Much better than our old carpet
Our old carpet in the lounge was well past it — this has completely changed the room. Light, airy, modern feel. The click system took a little getting used to on the first few rows but once you're in the rhythm it's straightforward enough.

Perfect for the extension
Laid this throughout our new garden room extension and it's ideal. Handles the temperature changes well and looks genuinely high-end. Slightly darker in person than the product photos, but honestly I prefer it — much richer looking.
Utility room
Went down in the utility room alongside our washing machine and tumble dryer. Nice and waterproof, easy to wipe clean. Fitted in about two hours.
Very happy with this
Fitted the landing and top of the stairs with this. The rustic finish hides scuffs and dirt really well which is exactly what you need in a high-traffic area. Feels sturdy, no bounce or flex when you walk on it. Had a couple of boards with very minor surface marks out of the box but nothing that's visible once down.
Really nice finish
The rustic oak colour is really well done — warm without being too yellow, and the grain detail looks natural rather than plasticky. A few people have asked if it's real wood. Only tiny gripe is I wish there were a couple more colour options in the range, but this one works beautifully in our hallway and kitchen.

Was worried about DIY fitting — dead easy
Was worried about fitting it myself as I'd never laid flooring before. Turns out it's really straightforward — the click system is forgiving and satisfying to work with. Did the whole bedroom in an afternoon. Floor feels rock solid, no movement at all.

Pricier than some options I looked at, but the quality is noticeably better. Feels substantial when you walk on it, the click system is tight and secure, and the finish looks genuinely like real wood. Our living room has been transformed. Would recommend to anyone willing to spend a bit more for something that'll last.
