Acclimatisation
On delivery, check the outer packaging for any visible damage before signing — you don't need to open every pack. Then allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting, keeping packs sealed and laid flat.

This product comes with a Lifetime manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

The colour is exactly what I wanted — that muted grey oak tone is really versatile. Fitting took the better part of two days for the living room and landing, partly because I was being careful around the doorframes. End result is stunning though, so no real complaints.
