Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.
Warranty
This product comes with a Lifetime manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Transformed our hallway

Much better than our old laminate
Much better than our old laminate — noticeably thicker and the surface feels really robust. We put it down in the bedroom and landing and I was impressed by how stable it felt from the first plank. No hollow spots, no bounce. The oak effect is convincing too, not plasticky at all. Took longer than expected to fit because we had a lot of cutting around door frames, but that's on us, not the product.
Downstairs loo sorted
Went down in our downstairs loo. Looks clean and modern, fits perfectly, and being SPC means no worries about splashes. Couldn't be happier.
SPC uptown Oak
My whole experience was exactly as promised. I ordered free samples before placing my order which subsequently arrived in time and in perfect condition. WOW it’s perfect. It’s been down for a few weeks now, took an afternoons diy to lay and the look, feel and appearance are 100%. Best I’ve ever had and the price is a steal. Buy without hesitation, you won’t be disappointed.
First time install
Slight learning curve to get the tiles to click flush together horizontally and vertically. Overall went down smoothly and a great finish achieved using circular saw, jigsaw and a rubber mallet. Will definitely buy again for future projects

Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online but this has put any doubts to rest. The boards arrived well packaged, no damage, and the colour matched the website photos closely. Slightly warmer in tone in real life which actually works better with our walls. Fitting was straightforward — just make sure you leave it to acclimatise for 48 hours first.

Took a couple of evenings to fit
Took longer than I expected to fit around the awkward bits in our kitchen but the end result is genuinely stunning. Feels substantial underfoot for a 6mm floor, no flex at all. Wish there were one or two more shade options in this range but the one we chose works perfectly.

Solid, looks the part
Solid, looks the part. Fitted the living room and dining room back to back over a Saturday. The click system is satisfying once you get the hang of the angle — first few rows took a bit of patience but after that it flew in. The colour is spot on, nicely neutral without being boring. Would buy again.

Really impressed by the quality
So pleased with how this turned out. We used it throughout the ground floor — kitchen, hallway and sitting room — and it ties everything together beautifully. The rigid core means there's no give or movement at all, and it's been through everything a busy household can throw at it over the past few months without showing a mark. Not the cheapest option out there but you can absolutely see where the money goes. Would recommend without hesitation.
