Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product is covered by the manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects under normal domestic use. Please contact us for full warranty details.

Wish there were more colour options in this range
The Autumn Ash itself is genuinely a lovely floor — warm, natural-looking, and the embossed finish really makes the difference. I just found myself wanting a slightly greyer version as an alternative. Minor thing though — this colour works brilliantly in our kitchen.
Kitchen floor sorted
Was nervous about doing it myself but the glue-down process is pretty straightforward once you've prepped the subfloor properly. Looks smart, very happy with it.
Fitted this last weekend in the conservatory
Conservatory can be tricky with temperature changes but this has stayed flat. The glue-down method gave me confidence it wouldn't shift. Colour looks natural and warm — very happy.

Took longer to lay than expected but the result is great
I'm not the quickest with DIY so it took me a full weekend rather than one day. That said, the finish is stunning and my wife keeps complimenting it. The autumn tone works really well with our oak furniture.

Fitted last month, still looking great
Put this in the hallway which takes a real hammering — muddy boots, prams, the lot. Still looking as good as the day it went down. The glue-down method clearly pays off in high-traffic areas.
So pleased with how this turned out
Did the bedroom and landing. Both look incredible. The embossed texture is really convincing as a wood effect and the warm ash tone ties in nicely with our existing décor. Took a bit of time to get the gluing technique right on the first few boards but after that it was plain sailing.
Really pleased with the finish
The warm tone of this is really flattering in our open-plan kitchen-diner. I was worried it might look cheap but honestly it's hard to fault. Adhesion was solid and there's been no movement at all.

Much better than our old laminate
The old stuff was lifting everywhere. This glue-down is so much more secure — once it's down, it stays down. The Autumn Ash colour is exactly what the name suggests, that gentle warm tone. Suits our hallway perfectly.

Good quality, minor grumble about the box
The flooring itself is really good — colour is natural and the texture feels authentic underfoot. Only gripe is one of the boxes had a small dent in the corner of the packaging. No boards were actually damaged but worth mentioning.

Looks brilliant in the hallway
Fitted this a few weeks ago and it's holding up really well. The colour is spot on — that warm ash tone works perfectly with our cream walls. Glued down smoothly with no issues.
Converted the whole downstairs
We did the hallway, living room and kitchen all in one go — about 45 square metres in total. The colour flows really well through the whole space and having the same floor throughout has made the house feel so much bigger and more cohesive. The glue-down method is more labour intensive than click, I'll be honest, but the result is rock solid. No creaking, no movement, no hollow spots. Well worth the effort.
Perfect for our extension
Needed something waterproof and easy to clean for our new garden room extension. This ticked all the boxes. Colour is lovely — a warm, natural ash that doesn't look plasticky.
Pleasantly surprised
Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online but this arrived well-packaged and the colour was exactly as shown. Fitted the kitchen in a day. The embossed texture gives it a realistic wood look — much better than I expected at this price point.
Slight colour variation from photos but actually prefer it
In person it came up slightly darker than on screen, which I was initially unsure about. But now it's down I actually think it looks better — richer and warmer. Would still recommend.

Transformed our utility room
Our old lino was absolutely knackered — peeling at the edges, horrible pattern. This Autumn Ash has completely changed the space. It's waterproof which was the main thing for us given the washing machine is in there. Colour matches the description well and it's been down three months now with no lifting or bubbling.
