Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a Lifetime manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online
Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online but the samples we requested beforehand were spot on to the real thing. The Mountain Fir is a lovely understated tone — works brilliantly in our bedroom. Feels premium and the clicking mechanism is solid with no gaps. A couple of boards had the tiniest surface marks but nothing you'd ever notice once laid.

Much better than the laminate we had before
Much better than the old laminate. This feels far more substantial and the waterproof core means I'm not worrying about the dog tracking in muddy paws anymore.

Solid underfoot, great colour
6mm SPC really does feel like a proper floor. There's none of that hollow sound you get with cheaper click flooring — it's firm, quiet, and the Mountain Fir colour is beautiful. Neutral enough to go with any décor but still has character.
Not the cheapest but you can see where the money goes
Spent a bit more than I originally planned going for this over a budget option, but standing on it every day I'm glad I did. Feels substantial, looks expensive, and I have zero doubts about its durability. Did the whole ground floor — hallway, sitting room, and through to the kitchen — and the continuity looks great.

Fitted the kitchen in an afternoon
Fitted this last weekend in the kitchen. Took me about four hours on my own including moving furniture. Was worried about doing it myself but the click system is dead easy once you've watched a couple of YouTube videos. Looks smart.
Click system took some getting used to
The click system was a little fiddly to start with and I did snap one plank on my first attempt, but once I got the angle right it was fine. End result looks really good though — the colour is exactly what I wanted for the living room and it feels solid and well-made.
Downstairs loo sorted
Went in our downstairs loo and it looks fantastic. Waterproof obviously matters in there so the SPC core was the main reason we went for this over laminate. Snaps together really cleanly and the overall finish is excellent.
Really happy with this
Really happy with this purchase. The colour is a nice neutral that works with pretty much everything we had in the room already. Feels sturdy, and the surface texture adds to the realism. Only slight thing is I wish there were a couple more width options available, but that's minor.
Transformed our living room
Our old carpet was absolutely minging — dark, worn, and showing every footprint. This has completely changed the space. The Mountain Fir shade is spot on, not too grey, not too warm, just a really clean natural tone. Feels properly solid underfoot too, which I wasn't expecting at this price point. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.
Conservatory and dining room done
We did both the conservatory and the open-plan dining room with this. Handles the temperature fluctuations in the conservatory no problem so far. Really cohesive look running through both spaces. My wife picked the colour and she absolutely loves it — that's the real test in our house.

Great for the bedroom
Replaced tired old carpet in the master bedroom with this. The room feels so much more modern now. Easy enough to fit, acclimatised it for 48 hours first as recommended and had no issues at all. Really chuffed.

Great product but shipping was problematic
Would have given 5 stars but initial order was lost and the second was partly damaged and having sent images of the damaged items I'm still awaiting the replacement boards.

Fitted this over a weekend in the kitchen and utility room. Click system is straightforward once you get the hang of the first few rows. The 6mm gives it a really satisfying solid feel — doesn't flex or creak at all. Colour matches the online photos pretty accurately too.

Although I haven't fitted it yet, the product itself is good quality. Delivery time was good but it did take some effort to get it touch with the supplier to query a shortage. Communication could be better

Lovely natural look
So pleased with how this turned out in the lounge. The wood effect is really convincing — a couple of visitors have assumed it was real wood. At 6mm it feels proper underfoot, not hollow or cheap at all. Delighted.
Slightly darker in person but actually prefer it
Honestly the colour came out a touch darker than it looked on my screen, but standing in the room now I actually think it looks better. Warmer and more characterful. Fitting was simple enough — did our extension and landing in two days with no real issues. Would buy again.
Took longer to fit than I expected but the result is stunning
Not the quickest fitting job I've done — our subfloor needed a fair bit of prep and I had to be patient around the doorframes. But honestly once it was all down I stood back and thought it was worth every minute. The floor looks genuinely high-end. The 6mm depth makes a real difference compared to thinner stuff I've laid before.
