Designed using high-resolution imaging and patterns for a realistic wood visual. It is double PUR coated which improves resistance to scratches and stains. Quality assured by long warranties.
Our selection of LVT tiles are waterproof meaning they are suitable for laying in alternate environments where other flooring products may not be. Installing LVT in bathrooms for instance, would be an ideal flooring option due to its water-resistant properties, however it is not recommended to fit carpet or real wood flooring in areas that are water prone.
Unlike some natural materials, LVT is easier to maintain, making it perfect for busy homes. It requires less cleaning, so the upkeep is more manageable, all while providing a hygienic flooring option.

Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a 20 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Much better than the old tiles
Our old ceramic tiles were cold and cracked in places. This has completely changed the room — warmer underfoot, looks much more modern, and the grey oak tone suits the space perfectly. Gluing down was a bit of a mission but worth it.
Downstairs loo transformation
Went in our downstairs loo. Looks smart, wipes clean easily, and being waterproof was essential given the location. Dead easy to cut around the toilet base too.
Stunning result
Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online but honestly couldn't be happier. The monumental grey oak is exactly as described — really elegant looking. The glue-down method felt daunting at first but once you get going it's straightforward. End result is absolutely stunning.
Wished there were more colour options
The grey oak is a lovely shade — neutral enough to work in most rooms. Only reason I'm not giving five stars is I'd have liked to see a wider range of tones to choose from. But for this colour specifically, it's great and fits perfectly in our open-plan living space.

Nice colour, took a bit of figuring out
The colour is lovely — a proper muted grey oak rather than anything too blue or too beige. Took me a bit longer than I expected to get the gluing technique right on the first few boards, but once I'd got my eye in it went down well. Would still recommend it.

Brilliant for a rental property
Put this in a buy-to-let flat throughout the ground floor. Waterproof, tough, easy to clean, and looks great. Tenants love it. The glue-down method means no movement or creaking either, which was a priority for me.

Conservatory flooring sorted
Was after something waterproof for the conservatory that could handle temperature changes. This has been down about three months now with no lifting or gapping. Colour is exactly as shown online.
Fitted the hallway in an afternoon
Easy to fit. Make sure you acclimatise it first — I left it 24 hours and had no issues at all. Looks premium for the price and the grey tone is versatile enough to work with most decor.

Not the cheapest but you can see why
Not the cheapest option I looked at but once it was down I could see where the money goes. Clean finish, consistent colour across the boards, and it feels secure underfoot. Really sets the room off.
Looks brilliant in the hallway

Couple of boards had minor marks but overall excellent
Out of the pack I noticed two boards had very faint surface marks — probably from transit. They weren't in a visible spot so I used them anyway and the overall floor looks excellent. The colour and finish are really smart. Great product.

Put this down in the kitchen and utility room. Waterproof, which was the main thing for us, and the colour is a lovely neutral grey that goes with everything. Would order again.

Took longer to fit than expected but the result is worth it
I'm not a professional fitter and it took me a good while to get the room done properly — getting the glue application right took some patience. But the end result is genuinely stunning. The grey oak pattern looks really natural and the floor is solid as anything now. Glad I persevered.

The boards came slightly darker than they appeared in the product photos, but honestly I prefer it — feels richer. Quality is great and it's gone down really well in the bedroom. Minor point only, hence four stars.
