Designed using high-resolution imaging and patterns for a realistic wood visual. It is double PUR coated which improves resistance to scratches and stains. Quality assured by long warranties.
Our selection of LVT tiles are waterproof meaning they are suitable for laying in alternate environments where other flooring products may not be. Installing LVT in bathrooms for instance, would be an ideal flooring option due to its water-resistant properties, however it is not recommended to fit carpet or real wood flooring in areas that are water prone.
Unlike some natural materials, LVT is easier to maintain, making it perfect for busy homes. It requires less cleaning, so the upkeep is more manageable, all while providing a hygienic flooring option.

Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.
Warranty
This product comes with a 20 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Perfect for downstairs loo

Living room transformation

Conservatory floor done
Laid this in the conservatory where we get a lot of heat and sun. So far no lifting or warping which is exactly what I needed. Looks clean and bright in there now. Easy to cut around the awkward radiator pipes too.
Utility room sorted
Utility room floor was a mess. This has sorted it completely. Waterproof, practical, and honestly looks much better than I expected for the price. Glued down no problem onto the existing concrete.
Really pleased with this
Fitted it in the hallway last weekend and it's transformed the whole space. The oak effect is really convincing — several people have asked if it's real wood. Glues down beautifully and feels very stable underfoot. Would recommend.

Not the cheapest but worth it
Wasn't the budget option but you can absolutely see where the money goes. The planks are consistent in colour and pattern, no obvious repeats. We used it throughout the ground floor and it ties everything together nicely. A proper premium finish.

Much better than expected
Honestly wasn't sure about ordering flooring online but this exceeded expectations. The oak grain looks really natural and the colour is spot on for a light Scandi-style interior. Stuck down without any fuss.
Slightly darker than the photos
The colour came out a bit darker than it looked on my screen, but actually I think I prefer it in person — richer and warmer. Fitting was straightforward with good prep. Happy to give it four stars.
Great for a rental property
Used this across two rooms in a rental flat. It's practical, wipe-clean, and looks smart without costing a fortune. Tenants seem pleased too. Will definitely reorder when I need to do the hallway.
Took a bit longer to fit than expected
First time I've ever laid glue-down LVT and I underestimated how long the prep would take. Subfloor really does need to be level — I had to do more work than anticipated. That said, the end result is stunning and I'm really proud of how it's come out. The colour is beautiful.
Minor imperfections in a couple of planks
Most of the planks were perfect but I noticed two or three with very slight surface marks. Not a huge deal given how many were in the order, and the overall finish once laid is really good. The adhesion is excellent and the colour is exactly as described. Four stars — still a great product.
Brilliant for our extension
We needed something waterproof for a new kitchen extension and this ticked every box. Adhesion was straightforward once we prepped the subfloor properly. The England Oak colour is a lovely warm tone — not too orange, not too grey. Very happy with the result.
Wish there were more colour options
The England Oak looks lovely — warm and natural. Fitting was easy enough once I got into the rhythm of it. My only minor gripe is I'd have liked a slightly greyer tone to choose from as an alternative, but this shade is growing on me. Four stars but barely.
