Images displayed on our website are intended to provide a representation of the product, however as with all product photography the appearance can vary depending on factors such as lighting, room size, screen settings and image resolution.
Our dry back range of LVT is an Eco-friendly product. Made from safer, stronger raw materials. Choose from a range of desirable colours. Designed using high-resolution imaging and patterns for a realistic wood visual. It is double PUR coated which improves resistance to scratches and stains. Quality assured by long warranties.
Our selection of LVT tiles are waterproof meaning they are suitable for laying in alternate environments where other flooring products may not be. Installing LVT in bathrooms for instance, would be an ideal flooring option due to its water-resistant properties, however it is not recommended to fit carpet or real wood flooring in areas that are water prone.
Unlike some natural materials, LVT is easier to maintain, making it perfect for busy homes. It requires less cleaning, so the upkeep is more manageable, all while providing a hygienic flooring option.

Happy with this
Good quality. Looks exactly like the photos.
Solid, looks the part
Did the whole downstairs with this. Consistent colour across all the boxes which was a relief. Glues well, no flex. The smoked oak finish ties in beautifully with our oak door frames. A few guests have asked where we got it — always a good sign.
Does the job
Good product, straightforward to fit.
Perfect for the downstairs loo
Needed something waterproof for a small awkward toilet room. This was ideal. Looks smart.
Took longer to prepare than expected but worth it
I underestimated how long prep takes — getting the subfloor properly level before gluing adds time. But the end result is genuinely stunning. The smoked oak look is rich and warm, and you'd never guess this is LVT. The adhesion is solid, no movement at all after a few weeks.
Great in the kitchen
Brilliant value for money.
Easy to lay, great result
Was worried about fitting it myself — turns out glue-down LVT is dead easy once you get the hang of it. The planks are a nice manageable size. Waterproof finish is exactly what we needed for the kitchen. Looks premium.
Smart looking floor
Fitted in the conservatory. Handles the temperature changes fine so far, a couple of months in. Looks sharp.
Looks great
Really pleased with the colour. Goes perfectly with our grey walls.
Good product
Went down lovely, looks great.
Transformed our extension
We had tired old tiles in the extension and ripping them out was the best decision we made. This LVT went down a treat — the colour is warm and natural-looking, much better than the photos suggested. Took us a day to lay the whole room. Would buy again without hesitation.
Lovely finish
So pleased with how this turned out in the living room. The smoked oak tone is subtle and sophisticated — not too orange, not too grey. Easy to glue down once you've read the instructions properly.
Bedroom floor sorted
Love it.
Looks the part
Fitted this in our hallway last weekend and honestly couldn't be happier. The smoked oak finish is really convincing — several people have asked if it's real wood. Glues down nicely and feels solid underfoot once it's set.
Nice product, minor gripe
Very happy overall — fits well, looks great, colour is spot on. Only wish there were a few more shade variations in this style but that's a minor point. Would definitely recommend for anyone redoing a kitchen or bathroom.
Good value for what you get
Wasn't the cheapest option I looked at but you can see where the money goes. Clean finish on every plank, no waste from defects. Took an afternoon to do the kitchen. Colour is a bit darker in person than on screen but I actually prefer it — more depth to it.
Much better than the old carpet
The landing carpet was dark and dated — ripping it up and laying this was one of those home improvements you wonder why you didn't do sooner. Bright, clean, and so easy to keep clean. The glue-down method kept everything flush, no edges lifting.
Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online
Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online but this arrived well packaged and the planks were in perfect condition. Colour is exactly as shown. Gone down in our utility room and it's spot on — waterproof which was the main thing we needed.
Solid choice for renters
Used this on a rental property refurb. Easy to lay. Looks decent and the waterproofing is reassuring when you've got tenants. The smoked oak tone is neutral enough to suit most tastes. Good value at this price point.
