Designed using high-resolution imaging and patterns for a realistic wood visual. It is double PUR coated which improves resistance to scratches and stains. Quality assured by long warranties.
Our selection of LVT tiles are waterproof meaning they are suitable for laying in alternate environments where other flooring products may not be. Installing LVT in bathrooms for instance, would be an ideal flooring option due to its water-resistant properties, however it is not recommended to fit carpet or real wood flooring in areas that are water prone.
Unlike some natural materials, LVT is easier to maintain, making it perfect for busy homes. It requires less cleaning, so the upkeep is more manageable, all while providing a hygienic flooring option.

Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.
Warranty
This product comes with a 20 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Solid, looks the part
Did the whole downstairs with this. Consistent colour across all the boxes which was a relief. Glues well, no flex. The smoked oak finish ties in beautifully with our oak door frames. A few guests have asked where we got it — always a good sign.

I underestimated how long prep takes — getting the subfloor properly level before gluing adds time. But the end result is genuinely stunning. The smoked oak look is rich and warm, and you'd never guess this is LVT. The adhesion is solid, no movement at all after a few weeks.

Transformed our extension
We had tired old tiles in the extension and ripping them out was the best decision we made. This LVT went down a treat — the colour is warm and natural-looking, much better than the photos suggested. Took us a day to lay the whole room. Would buy again without hesitation.
Lovely finish
So pleased with how this turned out in the living room. The smoked oak tone is subtle and sophisticated — not too orange, not too grey. Easy to glue down once you've read the instructions properly.

Fitted this in our hallway last weekend and honestly couldn't be happier. The smoked oak finish is really convincing — several people have asked if it's real wood. Glues down nicely and feels solid underfoot once it's set.
Nice product, minor gripe
Very happy overall — fits well, looks great, colour is spot on. Only wish there were a few more shade variations in this style but that's a minor point. Would definitely recommend for anyone redoing a kitchen or bathroom.
Good value for what you get
Wasn't the cheapest option I looked at but you can see where the money goes. Clean finish on every plank, no waste from defects. Took an afternoon to do the kitchen. Colour is a bit darker in person than on screen but I actually prefer it — more depth to it.
Much better than the old carpet
The landing carpet was dark and dated — ripping it up and laying this was one of those home improvements you wonder why you didn't do sooner. Bright, clean, and so easy to keep clean. The glue-down method kept everything flush, no edges lifting.
