Designed using high-resolution imaging and patterns for a realistic wood visual. It is double PUR coated which improves resistance to scratches and stains. Quality assured by long warranties.
Our selection of LVT tiles are waterproof meaning they are suitable for laying in alternate environments where other flooring products may not be. Installing LVT in bathrooms for instance, would be an ideal flooring option due to its water-resistant properties, however it is not recommended to fit carpet or real wood flooring in areas that are water prone.
Unlike some natural materials, LVT is easier to maintain, making it perfect for busy homes. It requires less cleaning, so the upkeep is more manageable, all while providing a hygienic flooring option.

Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.
Warranty
This product comes with a 20 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Pleased with it
Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online but the colour is exactly as shown and it laid down without any fuss. Used it in the utility room and it's coping well with water splashes. Waterproof properties are clearly genuine — no lifting or bubbling after several weeks.
Kitchen floor sorted
Brilliant value for money.
Really good for the price
Did a lot of research before buying and this came up well against pricier options. The adhesion is strong once it's down, the colour is calm and neutral, and it looks smart in our open-plan area. Easy to clean too which was a big factor with two kids.
Brilliant bathroom floor
This has gone in our upstairs bathroom and it's held up perfectly. Fully waterproof as promised, looks clean and contemporary. The dove grey works so well with white tiles.
Slightly darker in person but still lovely
Colour came up a touch darker than the website image, but honestly I think I prefer it — feels richer. Fitted really well in the bedroom. Only a minor thing, hence four stars, but the floor itself is great.

Transformed our living room
Old carpet was tired and dark — this has completely opened the space up. The grey oak finish looks far more expensive than it was. Really pleased.
Very happy with this purchase
Laid it throughout the ground floor — hallway, kitchen, and into the dining room. Consistent colour batch across all the boxes which was a relief. The glue-down method feels very secure and there's no movement at all underfoot. Looks the part.
Took a bit longer than expected to lay
Spent a good chunk of the day on it, mainly because I was being careful around the doorways. But the result is genuinely stunning — the grey oak tone is really versatile and it looks like it belongs in the room. Would still recommend, just factor in the time.

Looks brilliant in the hallway
Fitted this last weekend and couldn't be happier. The dove grey colour is spot on — not too cold, not too warm. Glued down a treat and it's holding firm already.

Great colour, easy to lay
Was a bit nervous about glue-down for the first time but it was much more straightforward than I expected. The colour is a really lovely neutral grey with a subtle wood grain that looks genuinely convincing. Done our kitchen extension and it ties in nicely with the cabinets.

Wish there were a few more shades in the range
The dove grey is a nice colour but I spent a while debating whether to go lighter or darker — a couple more options would've been handy. That said, once it was down it looked great in the conservatory and it's handled the temperature changes fine so far.
