Designed using high-resolution imaging and patterns for a realistic wood visual. It is double PUR coated which improves resistance to scratches and stains. Quality assured by long warranties.
Our selection of LVT tiles are waterproof meaning they are suitable for laying in alternate environments where other flooring products may not be. Installing LVT in bathrooms for instance, would be an ideal flooring option due to its water-resistant properties, however it is not recommended to fit carpet or real wood flooring in areas that are water prone.
Unlike some natural materials, LVT is easier to maintain, making it perfect for busy homes. It requires less cleaning, so the upkeep is more manageable, all while providing a hygienic flooring option.

Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.
Warranty
This product comes with a 20 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Solid choice for a rental

Perfect for the extension
Laid this throughout our new garden room extension. Wanted something waterproof and low-maintenance and this delivered. Looks sleek and contemporary. The glue-down method keeps everything flush — no movement at all.
Fitted the bathroom — no regrets
Needed a waterproof option for the bathroom and this was recommended. Glued down easily onto the existing screed and it's been down four months now with zero issues. Looks clean and modern. Wish there were a couple more colour options in the range but City Grey works really well.
Much better than I expected
Honestly didn't think online flooring would look this good in person. The grey oak print is convincing and the glue-down installation went smoothly. My fitter said it was a decent product for the price.
Took a bit longer than planned but worth it
Fitting took me the best part of a day rather than the half day I'd hoped for — partly my own fault for not prepping the subfloor better. But the finished result is genuinely stunning. The grey oak tone is exactly as shown online and it's made the room look so much bigger. Four stars only because I underestimated the prep work, not because of the product.

Covered the whole ground floor
We did the hallway, kitchen, and through into the living room — all City Grey and it flows really nicely as one continuous floor. The glue-down method meant we had to take our time but there's absolutely no flex or movement anywhere. Looks fantastic and has held up well with two young kids. Really impressed.
Understated but smart
Good quality LVT. The oak pattern is subtle and realistic — doesn't look plasticky like some cheaper options. Glued down well onto our concrete floor. Happy with the purchase.
Kitchen floor sorted
So pleased with how this turned out. Had old ceramic tiles and got a professional to lay this on top — absolutely no movement, looks modern and is so easy to keep clean. The whole family loves it.
Practical and good-looking
Was worried about fitting it myself — turns out it's dead easy with the right adhesive and a bit of patience. The thin profile means it worked perfectly with our existing skirting heights. Looks very smart.
Good value for a dryback LVT
Fitted this across the kitchen and utility area. It glues down well — no lifting after several months — and the surface is genuinely easy to clean. The oak detail in the print is believable rather than obviously synthetic. Would order from this range again.
Slightly darker than the photos
The colour came up a shade or two darker than it looked on screen, but honestly I prefer it — it feels richer and works better with our furniture. Went down without any fuss. Very pleased overall.

Exactly what we needed
Laid this in the downstairs loo and it's perfect. Waterproof, looks smart, and was straightforward to cut and fit around the toilet and pedestal. Colour matches the grey tiles we've got on the walls too — happy coincidence.
Good but took some getting used to
First time laying glue-down LVT so the method took a bit of learning, but once I got into a rhythm it was fine. The product itself is solid — looks great, adhesion is good, and the finish is very realistic. Four stars just because of my own learning curve really.
Transformed the kitchen
Our old vinyl was peeling at the edges and looked dreadful. Put this down last month and the kitchen feels like a completely different room. The colour is a nice neutral grey — works with pretty much everything. Adhesion was straightforward, no issues at all.

Not the cheapest but you can see why
There are cheaper LVT options out there but this one has a noticeably better finish — the grain pattern looks convincing and the colour is consistent across all the planks. Well worth the extra for a room you spend time in. Went in our living room and gets compliments regularly.

Couple of boards had minor marks
Most of the order was perfect but a couple of planks had small surface marks — nothing structural, and with a bit of careful cutting they weren't an issue. The overall result is great and the colour is exactly right for our open-plan kitchen diner. Would still recommend.
