Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a 25 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Good product, wish I'd ordered more initially
Absolutely love how it looks in the living room. My only issue is I underestimated how much I needed and had to place a second order — not the product's fault obviously! Both batches matched perfectly though, which was a relief.
Takes a bit of getting used to but worth it
The click system took me a little while to get the hang of — first few planks were fiddly. But once you find the right angle it snaps together brilliantly and the finish is lovely. Looks really high-end in the conservatory.
Excellent laminate flooring
Quality is evident from the moment you open the packs. Planks are uniform, no warping, and the finish is consistent throughout. Fitted quickly and the result is fantastic.

Really nice colour, fits well
The pale pine tone is just right — not too light, not too orange. Planks are a good length and the fitting was smooth. Would recommend to anyone doing a DIY fit.
Good laminate, minor gripe
Overall really pleased with this — it looks great and feels genuinely premium underfoot. Only reason I'm not giving five stars is I wish there were a couple more colour shades in this range, something slightly darker would've been perfect for our dining room. Still, very happy with what we've got.

Nice flooring, delivery was quick
Ordered on a Tuesday and it arrived Thursday which was faster than expected. The flooring itself is lovely — really like the pine effect. Slight learning curve with the first couple of rows but nothing major.
