Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.
Warranty
This product comes with a 15 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Really pleased with this
Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online but it arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition. The oak finish is spot on — warm and natural-looking without being too yellow. Fitted the bedroom over a weekend, took my time with the acclimatisation and it's laid perfectly flat. For 12mm laminate this price is hard to beat.

So pleased with how this turned out in our downstairs utility room. The 12mm feels genuinely premium — solid and quiet underfoot. The oak grain pattern is subtle and realistic, not plasticky at all. Customer service was also really helpful when I had a query about quantities. Definitely ordering from here again for the upstairs landing.
Great for the price
Not the cheapest option out there but you can really see where the money goes. The planks feel weighty and solid, and the finish is excellent. Fitted our bedroom and it's made such a difference to the room. Very happy.
Decent product
Solid 12mm laminate that feels the part. Fitting was straightforward once I got the hang of the click system. Only minor thing is I wish there were a few more colour variants available, but the one we chose works well.
Bedroom done
Fitted the main bedroom last month. The floor feels premium and the colour is a really attractive mid-oak — works with pretty much any decor. Click system took a bit of getting used to on the first few rows but after that it was fine. End result is excellent.

Honestly didn't expect laminate to feel this good underfoot. The 12mm thickness makes a real difference — there's no hollowness or flex at all. Laid it in the lounge and dining area and it flows brilliantly through both. Great product.
A few boards had minor marks but overall brilliant
Out of all the packs I ordered, a couple of boards had what looked like very faint surface marks. That said, the overall quality is excellent and the finished floor looks fantastic in our open-plan lounge. Really warm, natural oak look. Would still recommend without hesitation.
Happy with it
Ordered enough for the living room and landing. Both came out looking lovely. The 12mm thickness gives a really solid feel — you wouldn't know it was laminate from the look of it. Took a little longer to fit than I expected on the landing due to the awkward shape, but the end result is stunning.
Really impressed
Was worried about fitting it myself but turns out it's dead easy. Planks click together nicely and the finish looks expensive. Got it down in the conservatory in a single afternoon.
Nice floor, minor quibble
The colour came out slightly darker than it looked on the website, but honestly I prefer it in person. Quality is excellent for the price and it feels really sturdy at 12mm. Knocked off a star only because the online images could be more accurate.
