Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a 25 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Really impressed with the feel of it
Was half expecting it to feel a bit hollow like cheaper laminates do, but this doesn't — 10mm makes a real difference. Clicked together smoothly, no gaps, and the hickory grain looks genuinely warm. Done the whole downstairs now and guests keep asking if it's real wood.
Happy with this
Fitted in the hallway and landing, looks lovely. The hickory effect is warm and natural-looking — not too orange, not too grey, just right. A couple of boards had very minor surface marks when I opened them but nothing visible once laid. Overall very pleased.

Took longer than expected to fit but worth it
I'm not a professional fitter and it took me most of a weekend to do the bedroom — partly my own fault for underestimating the prep. But once it was down, honestly it looked like something out of a show home. The finish is really high quality and the boards click together well. You can tell this isn't entry-level stuff.

Bedroom floor done
Wasn't sure about the Appalachian Hickory colour from the photos online — slightly darker in person, but actually I prefer it. Warmer tone. Feels substantial, the 10mm really does make a difference compared to the thin stuff I've had before.

Good stuff
Fitted this last weekend in the extension. Took about a day for two rooms. Boards are hefty and well finished. Minor annoyance — took me a bit to get used to the click system on the first few rows, but once I had it dialled it went down a treat. End result looks brilliant.
Does what it should
Good laminate at a fair price. Fits together nicely and the hickory look suits our older house surprisingly well. Wish there were one or two more colour options in the range but this one works fine for us.
So pleased with how this turned out
We redid the whole ground floor — living room, dining room, and through to the kitchen — and it flows beautifully. The hickory pattern has just enough variation between boards that it looks natural rather than repetitive. Underfoot feel is excellent, really substantial, and it's already taken a fair bit of traffic from the kids with no visible wear. Not the cheapest option but you can see where the money goes.

Transformed the living room
Our old carpet was a state — stained, worn, the lot. Put this down last month and honestly the room looks completely different. The hickory pattern is really convincing, not like the cheap stuff that looks obviously fake. Feels solid underfoot too, which you can really tell with 10mm. Couldn't be happier.
Much better than our last laminate
Much better than our old laminate, which used to feel a bit springy and cheap. This is noticeably more solid — you can hear the difference when you walk on it. The wood effect is convincing and the boards are a decent length which helps the overall look.
