Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a 15 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Very impressive quality
Honestly surprised at how good this feels underfoot. It's got real weight and substance to it, not that hollow sound you get with cheaper laminates. The grain pattern looks realistic too — guests have asked if it's real wood.
Would buy again

Really pleased overall but a small gripe
The flooring itself is fantastic — that 12mm thickness gives it a really high-end feel and the oak colour is warm and natural-looking. Only reason I'm not giving five stars is I'd love a slightly wider plank option in this range. Minor thing though, the product itself is top notch.
Lovely colour, great feel
The natural oak finish is subtle and warm — not too yellow, not too grey. Exactly what I was after. At 12mm it feels genuinely premium and I've had several comments from visitors about how nice the floor looks.
Perfect for our new build

For what you pay this is genuinely impressive. The 12mm thickness puts it in a different league to the thinner stuff — it feels substantial and the acoustic difference is noticeable too. Laid it in the lounge and spare bedroom over a weekend.
Really good but fitting took longer than expected
The boards are excellent quality and the result looks fantastic in the open plan living space. I'm giving four stars just because I underestimated how long it would take to fit — though that's entirely on me, not the product. The click system is clean and secure once you're in the rhythm.

Done the hallway and it looks smart. Held up well so far with the kids trampling over it every day.
Great laminate for the price
I was a bit unsure about ordering flooring online but this arrived quickly, well packaged, and the quality is genuinely impressive. Clicking the boards together was straightforward even for a first-timer like me. Would recommend to anyone.
Kitchen and dining area
Used this to run through the kitchen and open-plan dining area. It flows really nicely and the finish has held up well despite the high footfall. Looks as good now as the day we laid it.
Fitted the landing and stairs area
So the landing was a bit of an awkward space to work with but the boards cut cleanly and the end result looks really smart. Solid underfoot and no creaking at all, which was my main worry.
Nice floor but wish there were more shade options
Really happy with the quality — it's thick, feels solid, and the finish is lovely. Just wish there were a couple more colour variations in this range. The natural oak is great but I wanted something slightly darker and had to compromise.
Transformed our bedroom

Almost perfect — just the click system took some getting used to
Absolutely love the look of this floor. The natural oak tone is spot on and it feels really solid — you can tell it's quality 12mm. Docking one star only because I found the click system a little fiddly at first, though once I got the hang of it the rest went down a treat. Looks stunning in the dining room.
