Khalkedon Oak 8mm Laminate Flooring
Meet the Khalkedon Oak 8mm — a rich, dark brown oak laminate that brings warmth, depth, and a touch of sophistication to any room. With its classic straight plank design and natural oak character, it's the kind of floor that makes a space feel genuinely grown-up and grounded.
Built for real life, this laminate carries an AC4 wear rating, making it more than capable of handling scratches, scuffs, and the everyday demands of a busy household. Whether you're looking for dark oak laminate flooring for a living room, hallway, bedroom, or dining room, the Khalkedon Oak delivers serious style without skimping on durability.
At 8mm thick, it feels solid and satisfying underfoot — and it's fully compatible with underfloor heating systems up to 27°C, so those cosy evenings are well within reach. Each board measures 1200mm x 193mm, and with 8 boards per pack you'll get 1.853m² of coverage per pack, making it nice and easy to plan your order.
Backed by a 15-year domestic warranty, the Khalkedon Oak 8mm is low maintenance, great value, and genuinely lovely to live with. If you're after dark brown oak laminate flooring that earns its keep, this one's a brilliant shout.
Acclimatisation
On delivery, check the outer packaging for any visible damage before signing — you don't need to open every pack. Then allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting, keeping packs sealed and laid flat.
Warranty
This product comes with a 15 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.
