Greige Washed Oak 7mm Laminate Flooring
If you love the look of a sun-bleached, lightly washed oak floor, this Greige Washed Oak 7mm laminate flooring is going to tick a lot of boxes. That gorgeous greige tone — sitting somewhere between warm grey and soft beige — gives any room a calm, contemporary feel without trying too hard. Perfect for living rooms, bedrooms, hallways, and dining rooms where you want understated style that still turns heads.
Each board measures 200mm wide by 1220mm long, with 10 boards per pack covering 2.44m². The straight plank format keeps the look clean and classic, letting that washed oak character shine through without any fuss.
Day-to-day durability? Sorted. This floor carries an AC3 rating and a 15-year domestic warranty, so it's more than up to the challenge of busy households, scampering pets, and whatever life throws at it. Scratch-resistant, low maintenance, and a doddle to click into place — it's laminate flooring that genuinely earns its keep.
Running underfloor heating? Great news — this flooring is compatible with underfloor heating systems up to 27°C. If you're searching for greige oak laminate flooring that blends modern tones with practical performance, this one's a really solid pick.

Does the job
Fitted this in the spare bedroom last weekend. For the price, can't complain — looks clean and modern. Bear in mind it's a budget laminate so don't expect it to feel super solid underfoot, but for a guest room it's absolutely fine.
Lovely colour
Really pleased with this. The greige tone is perfect — warm but not too yellow. Goes beautifully with our grey walls.
Good value laminate
Decent for the price. It's 7mm so don't go in expecting something luxurious underfoot — you can tell it's entry-level — but the colour is lovely and it fitted together without too much bother. Fine for a bedroom or rental flat.
Does the job
Fitted this in a spare bedroom last weekend. Looks decent for the price and the click system was straightforward enough. Wouldn't call it luxury but for what we paid, can't grumble.
Nice finish, practical too
Fitted this in the utility room and it's held up well so far. The washed oak tone is neutral enough to work with our cream units. Wouldn't say it feels particularly substantial underfoot but at this thickness and price that's expected. Overall pleased.
Looks great
Really happy with how this looks in our living room. The washed oak finish is subtle and goes with pretty much everything. Easy enough to fit over a weekend.
Does the job nicely
Fitted this in the spare bedroom last month. For a 7mm laminate it looks really decent — the greige tone works well with the white skirting boards. Wouldn't expect it to feel solid underfoot at this price point but for a guest room it's absolutely fine.
Does the job nicely
Fitted this in the spare bedroom last month. For a 7mm laminate at this price point it looks smart — the greige tone is really versatile and goes with most furniture. Wouldn't put it in a high-traffic hallway but for a bedroom it's spot on. Good value.

Colour slightly different in person
Not quite what I expected from the photos — it's a touch darker and warmer than it appeared on screen. Took a while to grow on me but it actually looks nice now it's down in the dining room. The click system was fiddly and a couple of boards don't sit quite flush at the edges. Looks fine from a normal standing distance though.
Lovely colour
So pleased with how this turned out in the lounge. The greige tone works really well with our grey walls.
Surprised by how good it looks
Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online but this arrived quickly and the colour is spot on — very close to the sample. Fitted the hallway in an afternoon once I got the hang of the click system. Make sure you leave it to acclimatise first, that tip saved me a headache.
Lovely colour
Really happy with how this looks in our hallway. The greige tone is so much nicer than I expected from the photos — almost warmer in person.
Perfect for the extension
Went throughout our new garden room extension and it looks brilliant. Really ties the space together. Good value for money and delivery was faster than expected.
Transformed the bedroom
Our old carpet was absolutely grim and ripping it out and laying this was one of the best decisions we made with the renovation. The colour photographs a bit cooler than it looks in real life — warmer and more natural in person, which I actually prefer.
Does the job
Fitted this in the spare bedroom last week. Looks decent for the price, clicks together easily enough. Wouldn't put it in the main living room but for a guest room it's spot on.
Bedroom floor sorted
Looks the part.

Lovely colour
Absolutely love the washed oak finish. Transformed our dining room completely.
Solid choice for the money
At this price you're getting a 7mm budget laminate and that's exactly what it is — not a premium product, but it looks attractive and the greige colour is very on trend. Put it in the kids' playroom and it's been absolutely fine. Wouldn't use it in a high-traffic hallway personally but for the right room it's great value.
Looks smart in the landing
Much better than our old carpet — the whole upstairs feels cleaner and more modern now. Delivery was prompt and the planks were well packaged, no damage. Easy to fit.
Happy with it

Lovely finish
So pleased with how this turned out in the hallway. The greige tone is really versatile and it's transformed what was a pretty dull space. Wasn't the easiest click system I've ever used but once I got the hang of it the rest went down a treat.
