Acclimatisation
On delivery, check the outer packaging for any visible damage before signing — you don't need to open every pack. Then allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting, keeping packs sealed and laid flat.

This product comes with a Lifetime manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Colour came up a fair bit darker than it looks on screen — the oak tone is quite grey in real life. It's not unpleasant but it doesn't match our furniture as well as I'd hoped. Adhesion was easy enough and it's lying flat, so no complaints there. Just wish the colour matched the photos better.

Looks nice and the herringbone pattern is attractive, but at 3mm it's clearly a thinner product so manage your expectations. Fine for the spare bedroom I put it in, probably wouldn't use it as my first choice for the main living areas. Colour matched the photos well though.
