Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a 25 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Impressed with the quality
Honestly didn't expect laminate to feel this good. The 12mm really makes a difference — it's not hollow sounding at all. Colour is a lovely mid-oak tone that works with pretty much everything.
Good laminate, minor quibble
Really solid flooring overall — the quality at this price point is excellent. My only comment is that the click system took a little getting used to, especially on the end joints. Not a big deal once you've done a few rows but worth being patient with it. End result looks fantastic.
Kitchen and hallway done
Used this across the kitchen and hallway and it ties the two spaces together nicely. Held up well so far to muddy boots and general kitchen mess. Click system was a bit stiff at first but once I got the hang of it, it was fine.
Looks brilliant in the bedroom
Swapped out the old carpet in our master bedroom for this and the room feels so much cleaner and more modern. Warm oak tone, feels sturdy underfoot. Would definitely buy again.
Great value for a quality product
You can tell this is a step up from cheaper laminates. The extra thickness really does make a difference to how it feels when you walk on it. Colour-matched perfectly to my existing skirting boards and doors too which was a relief.

Absolutely love it
Laid this throughout our open-plan living and dining area and it looks stunning. The oak finish is really natural-looking, not plasticky at all, and the 12mm thickness means it feels genuinely solid underfoot — more like real wood than any laminate I've had before. Really pleased with the whole thing.
Oak finish is spot on
The colour is just right — not too dark, not too light, and the wood grain texture looks convincing. I laid it in the spare bedroom and it's made a huge difference to the room. Only minor thing is I had a couple of boards with very slightly different tones in one pack, though once laid across the floor you genuinely can't tell.
Living room transformation
My living room looks completely different. This flooring has a really high-end look and feels substantial when you walk on it. Fitting was straightforward even for a first-timer.
Brilliant throughout the downstairs
So glad I went with 12mm over the cheaper options. Laid it across the lounge, dining room and hallway and the whole ground floor looks seamless. It's warm, it's solid, it looks expensive. Really couldn't ask for more from a laminate.

I've fitted a few different laminates over the years and this is up there with the best. The thickness gives it a really grounded, solid feel — no flex, no hollow clunk when you walk on it. The oak grain pattern is varied enough that you don't notice any obvious repeats across the boards. Really happy with how the conservatory has come out.

Would absolutely recommend
Fantastic flooring. The thickness makes it feel like a proper floor rather than a thin sheet over the subfloor, and the Linford Oak shade photographs beautifully as well as looking great in person. Laid it in the lounge and front hallway — whole job done over a weekend.
Really nice product
The planks are a good width and the finish is consistent throughout. Laid it in the landing and it looks like it belongs there — not cheap or plasticky. Arrived well packaged too, no damaged boards.
Solid feel, beautiful colour
The Linford Oak shade is exactly what I was after — warm and natural without being too orange or yellow. At 12mm it's genuinely cushioned underfoot, which I wasn't expecting from laminate. Only minor thing is I wish there were a couple more shade variations in the range, but the one I went with is perfect for my space.
Wonderful in the lounge
This is the third time I've ordered laminate online and by far the best result. The colour is rich and warm, the boards are thick and satisfying to walk on, and the overall finish once laid is really impressive. My guests keep asking if it's real wood.
Hallway flooring
Looks great and seems really hardwearing so far. The oak tone is subtle and natural rather than overly warm, which is exactly what I wanted for a hallway. Four stars only because I'd love a wider board option in this range.
