Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a 25 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Happy with the landing
Replaced a worn carpet on the landing with this and it's transformed the space. Slightly fiddly around the top of the stairs but that's just the nature of the job. The floor itself is spot on — colour is neutral enough to work with anything.

Lovely colour, great quality
The grey oak shade is more subtle in person than on the photos — actually prefer it that way. Looks sophisticated rather than cold. 12mm laminate feels premium, proper solid when you walk on it. Would buy again without hesitation.

Hallway sorted
Fitted this in the hallway last Saturday. Click system was straightforward and it looks smart. Slight learning curve on the first few boards but once you get the hang of it you fly through. Very happy with the result.
Took longer to fit than expected but the result is stunning
I'm not the most experienced at DIY so it took me the best part of two days rather than one, but that's on me not the product. The click system is logical once you get going. The floor itself looks absolutely stunning — that grey oak grain is really convincing and the 12mm feels properly substantial. Worth every penny.

Quality you can feel
You can tell straight away this is a quality product. The boards have a good weight to them and that 12mm makes a real difference — no bounce, no hollow feeling. We had it fitted in the living room and dining room and it flows beautifully. Grey oak is a timeless choice too, goes with everything.
Fitted the downstairs loo perfectly
Wanted something smarter than the old vinyl in the downstairs loo. This was easy to cut to size and the finish looks really clean and modern. Small room so it was a quick job — looks brilliant.
Proper premium feel
Not the cheapest laminate out there but you can absolutely see where the money goes. Thick, quiet, and the grain detail is really realistic — visitors always ask if it's real wood. We've got it throughout the ground floor now and it's made the whole house look more cohesive and upmarket.
Really happy with the conservatory floor
Went in the conservatory to replace some tired old tiles. Looks great and the room feels much warmer now. Fitting was straightforward — did it myself in a day. Only minor gripe is I wish there were a couple more colour variations in this range, but the grey oak is lovely.

Transformed the living room
Our old carpet had seen better days and we finally bit the bullet. Laid this over a weekend and the difference is night and day. The grey oak tone is really versatile — works with our white walls and dark furniture perfectly. Feels genuinely solid underfoot too, that 12mm thickness makes a real difference compared to thinner laminates we've had before.
Much better than our last laminate
Previous laminate was a budget 7mm and it always felt a bit flimsy. This is a completely different experience — noticeably heavier, quieter underfoot, and the finish is much more realistic. Colour is exactly as shown.
Bedroom makeover complete
Was nervous about laying laminate myself for the first time but this was surprisingly manageable. The planks click together nicely and the instructions were clear enough. The finished floor looks far more expensive than it cost. Bedroom feels completely different — in the best way.
Great for the extension
Used this in our new extension and it ties in perfectly with the rest of the house. Looks high-end, fits well, and the oak pattern has a natural variation to it that stops it looking too uniform. Very impressed.
Slight colour difference from photos but still love it
Slightly darker in real life than it appeared on screen, but honestly it looks even better for it — richer and more like real wood. Quality is excellent and it's been down three months now with no issues. Would give 4.5 if I could.
