Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a 25 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Couple of boards had minor marks but overall brilliant
Out of two boxes, a couple of boards had very faint surface marks — not visible once laid but worth mentioning. The overall result though is excellent. The floor looks high-end and the click system is one of the easier ones I've used.
Solid and substantial
Solid, looks the part. Feels proper underfoot — not hollow at all.
Took longer than I expected but worth it
Fitting took most of a Saturday because I was working around some awkward doorframes, but the end result is stunning. The oak finish is really natural-looking and the boards feel sturdy. Minor fiddling during install, major payoff once done.
Fitted the upstairs landing in an afternoon
Acclimatised the boards overnight like the instructions said, then got the landing done in about four hours. The click system is straightforward — even my partner who's never laid flooring before was helping by the end. Looks smart, feels solid.

Excellent quality SPC
I've laid a few different floors over the years and this is one of the better click SPC products I've used. The 6.5mm thickness means it feels genuinely solid — no flex or hollow sound when you walk on it. The finish is consistent across all the boards too, which isn't always the case. Would buy again.

Not the cheapest but you can see where the money goes
I'll be honest, I ummed and ahhed about the price compared to some thinner options. But once it was down I understood why it costs more. It feels premium underfoot, the oak grain detail is convincing, and the whole floor just looks like it belongs in a well-finished home. Long-term investment for sure.

Good floor, wish there were more colour options
Really happy with the quality and it fitted together nicely. My only minor gripe is I'd have liked a slightly greyer oak option to match our furniture better. That said, this tone has grown on me and the overall finish looks great.
Kitchen floor sorted
Needed something waterproof for the kitchen and this fits the bill perfectly. Spills wipe straight off, and it's held up well already after a couple of months of heavy use. Pleased I went for this over a cheaper option.
Looks lovely in the conservatory
Replaced old tiles in our conservatory with this and the difference is remarkable. So much warmer looking and comfortable underfoot. The rigid core means it hasn't been affected by the temperature changes out there either.
Transformed our living room

The colour online looked a touch lighter than what arrived, but in person it's a richer, warmer oak and it suits the room better than I expected. Good quality click system too — fitted the bedroom myself with no experience.
