Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a 25 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Not the cheapest but worth it
Not the cheapest option out there, but you can see where the money goes. Feels really solid — proper premium SPC, not hollow or cheap sounding when you walk on it. The colour is gorgeous, a really natural-looking oak.

Laid in the bedroom — really pleased
Fitted this in our spare bedroom. The Lulworth Oak shade is very neutral, works with pretty much any decor. I was a bit unsure about SPC over my existing concrete subfloor but it's been spot on — no flex, no issues. Would buy again.
Lovely shade of oak
Slightly darker in person than it appeared on screen, but honestly I prefer it. Warmer and more inviting in the living room than the photos suggested. Fits beautifully and feels very sturdy underfoot.
Perfect in the conservatory
Went down in our conservatory which gets very hot in summer and cold in winter. No movement or lifting so far, three months in. Looks great and was straightforward to fit. Wish there were a couple more colour options in this range but that's a minor thing.
Great for the extension
We had a new extension put on and needed something that would work with underfloor heating. This ticked all the boxes — compatible, easy to lay on a flat screed, and the oak finish ties in nicely with the rest of the house. Good, honest quality.

Took a while to get the click going
Took me a little while to get the rhythm of the click system — first row is always the trickiest. Once I'd got the hang of it though, the rest flew down. End result is excellent, the colour is spot on and it feels reassuringly solid underfoot. Four stars only because I found the fitting a bit fiddly at first, but that's just me.
First time fitter — managed fine
I'd never laid flooring before. Watched a couple of YouTube videos, made sure to let it acclimatise for 48 hours, and it went down without a hitch in the living room. The click mechanism is pretty forgiving. Really pleased with the result.
Transformed our hallway
Was worried about ordering flooring online but this has completely changed the hallway. The Lulworth Oak looks far more expensive than it is, and the click system was easy enough that my husband managed it on his own over a Saturday afternoon. Really solid underfoot too — you can tell it's a quality product.

Couple of boards had minor marks
The vast majority of boards were in perfect condition. A couple had what looked like very faint surface marks but nothing visible once laid. Overall really happy — it's a lovely floor and the quality is clearly there.
Couldn't be happier
Absolutely love this. Fitted the downstairs loo and utility room and both look stunning. The colour is perfect — that warm oak tone works really well against white walls. Would highly recommend.

Kitchen floor sorted. Fitted it ourselves in a day. Colour is a warm, natural oak — not too yellow, not too grey. Exactly what we wanted.
Fitted the landing and bedroom
Did both the upstairs landing and the master bedroom in one weekend. Click system is really straightforward once you get your eye in. The boards feel substantial — nothing like the flimsy laminate we pulled up. Very impressed overall, would order again.
Our old carpet was hideous
Our old carpet was awful — patterned, stained, and ancient. This has completely transformed the living room. The 6.5mm feels really nice underfoot, much more substantial than I expected for this price point. Dead easy to click together too.
Good quality floor
Good quality floor. Took a bit longer to fit than I expected — mostly because I was cutting around a lot of doorframes — but the finished result is genuinely stunning. Colour photographs beautifully too.
Highly recommend
Much better than our previous laminate. The rigid core means there's no flex or hollow sound when you walk on it — it feels like proper quality flooring. The oak tone is warm and realistic, not plasticky at all. Fitted the kitchen and dining area in a weekend with one person.
