Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

Fitted the hallway in a day
Was worried about doing it myself but the click system is genuinely easy. Watched one YouTube video and just got on with it. Looks the part and feels really substantial — you can tell it's proper 12mm, not flimsy at all.

Much better than the old laminate
Much better than our old laminate which was only 8mm and felt hollow when you walked on it. This is a totally different experience — really solid, nice sound when you walk across it. The Portland Oak shade is subtle and versatile.

A couple of boards had minor marks
Out of the whole order, two boards had some very faint surface marks — nothing that affects the finished floor as they ended up near the edges under the skirting. Overall very happy with the quality and the colour is gorgeous.
Not the cheapest but worth it
Not the cheapest option I looked at but you can see where the money goes. The boards are thick and the surface texture is really convincing. Going into the open-plan living and dining area and it's tied the whole space together.
Took longer to fit than I expected
Got a bit fiddly around the doorframes and I probably underestimated how long it would take. That said, the end result is stunning and several people have asked if it's real wood. Would still recommend.
Really happy with this purchase
Went in the lounge and the downstairs hallway. The colour is a lovely warm oak — not too yellow, not too grey. Fits in with our existing skirting perfectly. The thickness really does make a difference; it feels like real wood when you walk on it. Would definitely buy again for the upstairs landing.
Wish there were more colour options
Really pleased with the overall quality — feels very high-end underfoot and the click system snapped together nicely. Only reason I'm not giving five stars is I wish there were a few more colour variants in this range to compare against.
Conservatory looks amazing
Fitted this in the conservatory last month and it's made such a difference. The room feels warmer and more finished. Make sure you acclimatise the boards first — I left mine for 48 hours and had no issues with expansion at all.
Transformed the living room
Our old carpet was tired and dated — this has completely changed the feel of the room. The oak finish is really natural-looking, not plasticky at all. Feels genuinely solid underfoot too, which you notice straight away with 12mm.

Long-term investment feel
So pleased with how this turned out. We went back and forth between real wood and laminate for ages, and the 12mm really does bridge the gap. It's a genuinely satisfying floor to walk on — none of that hollow tap you get with cheaper boards. The Portland Oak colour is understated and goes with everything. Already planning to order more for the landing.

Easy to fit. Looks premium. Good value. The grain pattern varies nicely between boards so it doesn't look repetitive.
Slightly darker than photos but no complaints
Colour came out a touch darker than it looked on screen, but honestly I prefer it — warmer in the room. Quality is excellent and it's clicked together really well across the whole extension.
