Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a 25 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Perfect for the bedroom
Replaced a tired old carpet and this has made the room feel so much bigger and cleaner. Warm tone, nice texture, feels sturdy. Easy enough click system — acclimatise it overnight first, makes a big difference.

Extension floor sorted
Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online but took the plunge and really glad I did. Went down in our new extension and looks absolutely the part — warm oak finish, feels genuinely upmarket. The 12mm is noticeably substantial, proper premium feel. Fitting was easier than I expected too, even around the awkward doorframe bits.
Slightly darker than photos but actually prefer it
Colour came up a touch darker than the website images suggested — but honestly it looks better for it, richer and more natural. Quality of the boards is great, nice and thick, no flex at all once laid. The landing looks brilliant now.

Took longer to fit than expected but worth it
I'll be honest, fitting took me most of the weekend rather than the afternoon I'd planned — but the end result is stunning. Looks like proper wood flooring, the oak grain is realistic and the colour photographs beautifully in the room. At 12mm it genuinely feels solid underfoot. Not a beginner job but very doable if you're patient.

Much better than the 8mm stuff we had before. You can feel the difference immediately — this is a proper floor.
Solid stuff
Fitted this last weekend in the bedroom. Click system was straightforward, managed the whole room in a day without any previous experience. Feels premium underfoot — none of that hollow bounce you get with cheaper laminates. Would buy again without hesitation.
Very pleased overall
Was worried about fitting it myself but turns out the click system is dead easy once you get into the rhythm. Done the whole downstairs hallway and it looks fantastic — the oak finish is really convincing. 12mm makes it feel like a proper investment rather than a cheap fix. Slight learning curve on the first row but after that it flies.
Good quality, minor gripe
Really happy with how the kitchen looks now. The boards are thick and feel high quality. Only reason I'm not giving five stars is I wish there were a couple more colour options in this range — would've liked something slightly lighter. That said, this shade has grown on me.
