Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

Really happy with this
Fitted this last weekend in our living room and it looks absolutely stunning. The oak grain is natural-looking, not too orange or too grey, and the 14mm feels really solid underfoot. Couldn't be more pleased.

Good quality oak, minor gripes
Really pleased with this overall. The boards are solid and the finish is lovely — very natural looking grain. Only reason I'm not giving five stars is that a couple of boards in the pack had very slight colour variation from the rest, noticeable if you're fussy. Still looks brilliant though.
