Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

Took a bit of getting used to the click system

First time fitting herringbone so there was a learning curve with the click angles, but once I got my head around it the boards went down nicely. End result looks brilliant — very happy with the finish.

Slightly fiddly but stunning result

The herringbone click pattern takes a bit more patience than standard planks — make sure you read the instructions first and acclimatise the boards for at least 48 hours. That said, the finished floor is absolutely stunning. We've had so many compliments from visitors. Would definitely recommend.

Easy to fit. Looks premium. Good value. We put it in the downstairs loo and the conservatory — works well in both spaces. The waterproof properties were the deciding factor for us and it hasn't let us down.

Much better than our old laminate

Much better than the cheap laminate we ripped out. This has a proper solid feel to it — the SPC core really does make a difference. Put it in the open-plan kitchen and living area and it flows beautifully. The oak grain is realistic rather than plasticky.

Wish there were more colour options

The Harvest Oak colour is lovely but I did have a look and wish there were a few more shades available in this herringbone style — I'd have liked something a touch greyer. That said, this tone has grown on me and the quality is genuinely impressive for the price. Very sturdy underfoot.

Really nice floor. Slightly darker in person than the website photo but honestly I prefer it — warmer feel to the room. Fitting was manageable on my own, took about a day and a half for the living room.

Our old carpet was a disaster

Our old carpet in the landing and stairs area was stained beyond saving. This flooring on the landing has completely changed how the whole upstairs feels — lighter, cleaner, more modern. The rigid core means no bounce or flex which I love.

Great for the dining room

We agonised over whether to go herringbone or straight lay and so glad we went herringbone. The pattern really suits our Victorian terrace. The colour is spot on — not too light, not too dark. A few boards needed a second attempt to click in properly but that might be a me problem. Overall very satisfied.
