Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

Great for a rental property

Fitted this last weekend in our kitchen and honestly couldn't be happier. The click system is straightforward once you get going — had the whole room done in a day. Looks really smart, the oak finish is natural without being too yellow or too grey. Feels solid underfoot too, that rigid core makes a real difference.
Much better than I expected for the price
Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online but this has genuinely impressed me. The colour is spot on — warm oak tone that works with pretty much anything. Rigid core means it doesn't flex when you walk on it, which was my main worry with SPC at this thickness. Would definitely order again.

Perfect for the bedroom
Replaced the carpet in the main bedroom with this. It's warm-toned enough that it doesn't feel cold, and with a good quality underlay underneath it's comfortable to walk on. The click system was easy to manage solo, which I was a bit nervous about. Very pleased.

Slightly darker than the photos
Slightly darker in real life than on the website, but honestly I prefer it — it's richer and warmer. The rigid core gives it a nice solid feel even at this thickness. Happy with the purchase overall.
Transformed the living room
Our old carpet was absolutely rank — dark, stained, impossible to keep clean with two kids and a dog. This has completely changed the room. Bright, fresh, easy to mop. The English Oak colour is lovely, not fake-looking at all. Fitting took a bit of getting used to at first but once the first couple of rows were down it clicked into place quickly. Four stars only because I wish there were a couple more width options, but the product itself is excellent.
Nice finish, practical too
Was worried fitting it myself would be a nightmare but turns out it's dead easy. The planks lock together well and the floor looks genuinely good once it's all down. Went in our downstairs loo and utility room — being waterproof was the main requirement and this ticks that box completely.
One or two planks had minor marks but overall excellent
Out of the boxes I ordered, a couple of planks had very minor surface marks — nothing that ended up in the final floor but worth checking as you go. The overall result though is great. The English Oak look is authentic, not plasticky, and the floor feels sturdy. Would buy again without hesitation.
Took a bit longer than planned but worth it
Took longer to fit than I'd budgeted for — partly my own fault for not reading the acclimatisation guidance properly — but the end result is stunning. Really pleased with how the oak pattern reads across a large open-plan space. Feels substantial underfoot, no hollow sound when you walk on it.
Conservatory floor sorted
Put this down in the conservatory to replace some tired old tiles. It handles the temperature changes fine so far and looks far better than expected. The click system is simple enough for a first-timer.
