Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a 20 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Better than expected for the price
Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online but this arrived quickly and the quality surprised me. Feels substantial underfoot, which I wasn't expecting at this price point. Going back to order more for the dining room.
Couple of boards weren't perfect
Was worried about fitting it myself — turns out it's dead easy. Couple of the boards had very minor surface marks but nothing visible once it was all laid. Overall really happy with the result and the colour is exactly what I was after for the bedroom.

We've got UFH throughout the ground floor and this has been brilliant with it — no warping or issues at all after several months. Make sure you acclimatise it properly first though, I left it 48 hours and it went down perfectly.

Fitted the landing and utility room
Did both rooms in a day, which I was chuffed about. The click system is genuinely simple — I'm not particularly handy and I managed fine. Quality feels right for the price, definitely a step up from basic laminate.
Much better than the laminate we had before
The old laminate was cheap and cold and started lifting after two years. This is a completely different experience — rigid, warm-looking, and the click mechanism is tight with no gaps. Extension looks brilliant now.
Took a little longer than I expected
Fitting around the door frames was fiddly and took me longer than I'd planned, but once it was all down the result was stunning. The colour is really versatile and it feels very solid underfoot. Four stars only because I'd have liked a slightly wider range of shades to choose from.

Went in our downstairs loo and it's perfect. Waterproof, easy to cut around the awkward bits by the toilet, and looks really smart. Slightly darker in real life than the photos online but honestly I prefer it.
