Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.
Warranty
This product comes with a 20 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Solid choice for the extension
Fitted this in our new rear extension. The 6mm SPC is noticeably more substantial than cheaper stuff I've used before — there's no flex or hollow sound when you walk on it. Click system was straightforward, managed it myself with basic tools. Would buy again without hesitation.
Nice colour, easy to lay
Was a bit nervous ordering flooring without seeing it in person but the silvermist tone works perfectly in our living room. Not too grey, not too beige. Fitting was easy once I got the hang of the click system — first row took ages, rest flew.
Fitted the hallway in an afternoon
Was worried about doing it myself but it's dead easy once you get into a rhythm. Make sure you let it acclimatise for 24 hours first — skipped that on a previous job and regretted it. Colour is spot on, really suits the space.

Great quality SPC tile
Fitted this throughout the kitchen and utility room. The click tile format makes it much easier to work around awkward shapes than planks. Quality feels premium — the 6mm thickness gives it a real solidity and it doesn't sound hollow when you walk on it. Colour is a lovely understated grey. Highly recommend.
Colour is even nicer in person
Slightly darker than the photos suggested but I actually prefer it — gives the room a more grounded feel. Really pleased with the overall finish and the click system is genuinely satisfying to use once you get the first couple of rows in.
Great for a rental property
Needed a durable, good-looking floor for a buy-to-let. This ticks every box — tough, waterproof, easy to replace individual tiles if needed. Tenants have commented on how nice it looks too, which says a lot.

Happy with how it's come out
Put this in the conservatory which gets a lot of sun. So far no warping or fading, which was my main worry. The tile format looks smart and lays flat without any issues. Took slightly longer to fit than I expected but that's more about the shape of the room than the product.
Much better than expected
Wasn't sure about the colour from the photos online — silvermist looked like it might be too dark on screen. In person it's lighter and actually works really well with our grey walls. The rigid core makes it feel solid, no give at all. Had one board with a very slight surface mark but nothing visible once fitted.

Proper quality feel
I've laid a lot of flooring over the years and this is genuinely one of the better products I've come across at this kind of price. The SPC core means no softness or flex — walks like a much pricier floor. The silvermist finish photographs well too, which matters if you're a landlord keeping records. Going to order more for the upstairs landing.
Transformed the kitchen
Our old vinyl was absolutely battered — been down for years and looked terrible. Put this in over a weekend and the difference is night and day. The silvermist colour is exactly right, not too cold, not too warm. Feels genuinely solid underfoot too, which I wasn't expecting at this price point.

Fitted this in the downstairs loo and it's perfect. Waterproof obviously matters there and the finish looks far more expensive than it was. Laid it in a couple of hours, no dramas.

Good stuff for the bathroom
Needed something fully waterproof for the main bathroom. This does the job brilliantly. The tile format looks natural in there — almost like real stone but obviously far easier to maintain. Fitting around the toilet and basin was fiddly but that's just the room, not the product.
