Acclimatisation

Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

Warranty

This product comes with a 20 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Utility room sorted

Needed something waterproof and hardwearing for the utility room. This fits the bill perfectly. The SPC core makes it feel really dense and stable — no flex at all when you walk on it. Colour is a nice neutral charcoal that goes with pretty much anything.

Bedroom looks great

Replaced tatty carpet in the spare bedroom and it looks so much better. Click system was easy enough even for a first-timer like me — just take your time on the first row and the rest follows. Would've given five stars but wish the click system had a bit more of a positive snap to it.

So pleased with how this turned out

Laid it in our newly renovated bathroom. It's fully waterproof which was the main requirement, and it clicks together really neatly — the tile format looks far more convincing than you'd expect from a vinyl product. The charcoal tone ties in beautifully with our grey wall tiles. Getting some great comments from visitors.

Solid, looks the part

The 6mm thickness makes a real difference — you can feel it's quality as soon as you walk on it. The charcoal tile design is clean and contemporary, not trying too hard. Fits our open plan kitchen-diner perfectly. Ordered enough to do about 40 square metres and had a decent amount left over for cuts, so order a bit extra.

Fitted the extension

We had a new garden room extension done and needed flooring quickly. Ordered this on a Thursday and it arrived Friday, which was impressive. Fitting was straightforward — the click system is pretty intuitive once you've done the first couple of rows. The charcoal colour looks smart and modern, really suits the space. Feels solid and I imagine it'll last well.

Good quality, took longer to fit than expected

The click system is decent but I found it a bit fiddly around the edges and door frames — took most of a Saturday to do a medium-sized living room. That's on me more than the product though. End result looks fantastic and the quality of the tile itself is really impressive for the price.

Brilliant in the hallway

Transformed the kitchen

Much better than the old laminate

We ripped out some tired 8mm laminate that had started to swell near the patio doors and replaced it with this throughout the ground floor. The difference is noticeable — this feels much more stable and the waterproof element gives proper peace of mind. The colour is understated and works with our furniture. Very happy.

Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online but this was fine

Was a bit nervous about buying flooring without seeing it in person but the colour is exactly as described. The charcoal is a cool, slightly blue-grey tone rather than a warm grey — just worth knowing. Really pleased with how it's come out in the bedroom.

Really pleased overall, minor gripe

The flooring itself is excellent — sturdy, looks great in our open plan living and dining area. Only thing I'd say is I wish there were a couple more tone options in this range, a slightly lighter grey would be nice. But as a product, can't fault it.
