Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a Lifetime manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Great for our extension

Our old carpet in the hallway was a nightmare to keep clean — this has completely changed it. The smoked oak colour is spot on, warm but not too yellow. Rigid core means it feels solid underfoot despite being 5mm, which I wasn't sure about beforehand. Really pleased.

So pleased with how this turned out in our dining room. Slightly darker than it looked in the photos online, but honestly I prefer it — gives the room a cosier feel. The colour variation between boards is subtle and realistic.

Went in the downstairs loo and it looks really sharp. Easy to cut around the toilet and pipes, waterproof which matters in there, and the smoked oak colour gives it a bit of character. Couldn't ask for more at this price.

Really happy with the quality overall — the rigid core gives it a reassuring firmness and the smoked oak pattern is convincing. Only giving four stars because I wish there were a couple more colour variations in this range. That said, the one I chose works perfectly in the conservatory.

Went in the bathroom and it's been flawless. Waterproof obviously matters in there and this handles it no problem. Looks smart, fits well, no complaints.

Much better than our old laminate. That stuff felt hollow and cheap — this feels properly solid. The smoked oak colour suits our open-plan downstairs really well. Took longer to fit than expected because of all the awkward angles in our kitchen, but the end result is stunning.
