Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

Premium feel without the premium price
I was nervous about ordering flooring online but this arrived quickly, was well packaged and the quality is genuinely good. Feels solid and substantial underfoot. Couldn't be more pleased.
Absolutely love this floor
Laid this in our living room last month and it looks stunning. The 12mm thickness gives it a really premium, solid feel underfoot — nothing like the thinner laminates I've had before. Colour is exactly as shown online, a lovely natural oak tone that works with pretty much everything.
Kitchen transformation
So we finally replaced our old vinyl in the kitchen with this and what a difference. Looks like a completely different room. The AC5 rating gives me confidence it'll stand up to the dogs and kids. Really happy with the whole thing.
Five stars, no hesitation
This is the third time I've ordered laminate for different rooms and this is by far the best I've used. The thickness is noticeable, the planks feel weighty and well made, and the colour is beautiful. Already recommended it to two friends.
Good laminate but wish there were more shades
Really happy with the quality — the 12mm is noticeably more solid than cheaper laminates I've used before and the finish is lovely. Only reason I'm not giving five stars is I'd have liked a slightly darker oak option in this range. That said, the natural tone has grown on me.
Does exactly what it says on the tin
Bought this for our bedroom and it's made such a difference. Warm underfoot with decent underlay, looks expensive, and the planks clicked together without any fuss. Neighbours asked if we'd put real wood down.
Happy but would have liked more colour variety in the range
Really solid product and fitting was straightforward. The natural oak looks great in our open-plan kitchen-diner. Only holding back a star because I had a look at the wider range and there aren't many other tones if you want something a bit cooler or greyer. The floor itself though? No complaints at all.
Really solid laminate
Fitted it in the landing and it looks brilliant. Solid underfoot and no creaking even on a slightly uneven subfloor.
Looks like real wood
Guests genuinely couldn't tell it was laminate until I told them. The grain pattern and colour variation is really convincing. Excellent quality for the money and AC5 means I'm not worrying about the dog scratching it up.
Good quality, minor gripe about pack sizes
The flooring itself is great — looks lovely, feels premium, fits well. I just found the pack coverage meant I had a few more off-cuts than I'd have liked with the room shape I had. Not a quality issue at all, just something to plan around. Would still buy again.
Lovely floor, slight learning curve fitting
The floor itself is beautiful and the 12mm thickness really does make a difference to how it feels. I'll be honest, the click system took me a little while to get the hang of on the first few rows, but once I'd got into the rhythm it was fine. End result is brilliant.
Looks amazing in our conservatory
Transformed our conservatory completely. The natural oak colour is warm and inviting and it's held up well through a really sunny summer without any warping or fading that I can see. Great product.
