Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

Much better than the cheap laminate we had before. This feels like a proper premium floor — the 12mm really makes a noticeable difference to how it sounds and feels underfoot. We put it in the bedroom and it's made the whole room feel more grown-up and finished. Colour matched the furniture better than expected too.
Fitted the landing and stairs area
Used this on the upstairs landing and it's worked out really well. The colour is a versatile, slightly warm oak that goes with the painted walls and existing skirting. Fitting around the banister posts was fiddly but that's always going to be the case — the boards themselves are well made and the click system is reliable. A couple of packs had one or two boards with very minor surface marks but nothing that's visible once laid. High quality overall.
Looks like real wood
Was sceptical a laminate could look this convincing but genuinely impressed. The grain detail is excellent and at 12mm it feels like a real floor rather than something sitting on top of the subfloor. Put it throughout our open-plan ground floor and it flows beautifully.
Exactly what we needed
Needed something durable for a busy household with two dogs and three kids. This has been down about four months now and holding up brilliantly — no scratches visible, no lifting at the edges. AC5 rating clearly means business.
Took a bit longer than expected but worth it
I'm not the most experienced at DIY so laying this took me a good while longer than the instructions suggested. That's on me more than the product though. End result is stunning — the room looks completely different and guests keep complimenting it. The 12mm thickness means it feels really solid, no hollow sound when you walk across it.
Not the cheapest but you can see why
You do pay a bit more for this than the budget options but the difference is immediately obvious when you pick up the boards — they're weighty and well made. The Azure Oak colour is tasteful, sits somewhere between classic and contemporary. Fitted the dining room and kitchen and it's unified the whole space. Worth every penny.
Transformed the living room
Our old carpet was absolutely manky — we'd been putting this off for years. Finally took the plunge and laid this Azure Oak throughout the downstairs and honestly can't believe the difference. The colour is spot on, warm oak tones that go with pretty much everything. Feels genuinely solid underfoot too, that 12mm thickness makes a real difference compared to the thinner stuff we had in the spare room years ago. Very happy with this.
So pleased with how this turned out
We agonised for months over which floor to go for and I'm so glad we landed on this one. The Azure Oak finish is warm and natural looking — photographs don't quite do it justice. More importantly it feels really solid when you walk on it, no flex, no hollow sound. We have underfloor heating and it's been fine with that too, just followed the manufacturer guidance on temperature. The conservatory has never looked better.

Great quality for the price
Fitted throughout the ground floor — hall, lounge and dining room. Took me and my brother-in-law a full day but the result is brilliant. Feels premium underfoot, which you'd hope for at 12mm. Colour is a lovely neutral oak, not too orange, not too grey. Would absolutely buy again.
Bedroom floor
Fitted this last weekend in the master bedroom. Acclimatised it for 48 hours first as recommended and had no issues at all. Really simple click system, the boards went down a treat. Colour is a nice mid-oak — not too light, not too dark. Feels luxurious underfoot for a laminate, which is down to the thickness I'd imagine.
Really pleased with this purchase
Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online but it arrived well packaged and the quality is excellent. The Azure Oak colour is exactly as shown — maybe a touch darker in certain light but I actually prefer it. Laid it in our extension and it ties in brilliantly with the existing decor. Neighbours have already asked where it's from.
Hallway sorted
Fitted this in the hallway over a weekend. Click system was straightforward enough, even for a first-timer like me. Was worried about it looking cheap but it genuinely doesn't — the oak finish is really convincing and it feels substantial when you walk on it. A few tricky cuts around the door frames but that's just laminate fitting in general, nothing specific to this product.

Lovely colour, minor gripe about waste
The oak colour is gorgeous — very realistic looking, not plasticky at all. Fitting was fairly straightforward though I did find I had slightly more wastage than I'd budgeted for due to the staggered joint pattern. Not a major issue but worth ordering a bit extra. Overall though, incredibly happy with how the lounge looks now.
