Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a 20 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Hallway transformation
Our hallway looks completely different now. The colour is spot on — warm and natural without being too yellow. Fitting was straightforward and the boards are nice and thick.

Very happy first-time fitter
Never laid flooring before but the instructions were clear and the boards clicked together really satisfyingly. Took me a weekend for a medium-sized living room. Looks professional if I do say so myself.
Really impressed
So we redid the entire upstairs landing and two bedrooms with this and it all came out beautifully. The thickness makes a real difference — no hollow feeling when you walk on it. Good click system, just took some getting used to
The flooring itself looks and feels great — really nice quality for the price point. I'll knock one star off only because the locking mechanism took me a while to get the hang of, but once I did the rest went down smoothly. Happy with the end result.

Great laminate, minor colour variation concern
Really pleased with this overall. Laid it in the bedroom and it looks gorgeous. Only giving four stars because a couple of boards had slightly more variation in grain than I expected, but honestly it adds to the natural look once it's all down.
Lovely finish throughout
Used this across the ground floor and the consistency between packs was really good — no major colour mismatches. The embossed texture gives it a convincing wood feel and at 12mm it's genuinely comfortable to stand on for long periods. Kitchen looks amazing.
Stunning in the conservatory
Replaced old carpet in the conservatory with this and it's made the room look so much bigger and brighter. The oak tone works perfectly with our furniture. Very happy.
Looks expensive, feels premium
Genuinely surprised by the quality. At 12mm it has a really substantial feel — guests keep assuming it's real wood. Would definitely order again.
Bedroom looks like a show home
Just finished laying this in the master bedroom and I'm absolutely delighted. The warm oak colour ties everything together perfectly. The 12mm depth means it feels luxurious underfoot — completely different from the old thin laminate we had.

This is proper thick laminate — none of that hollow-sounding budget stuff. Well worth the money.
Wish there were a few more shade options
The quality is genuinely excellent and it looks great in our dining room. Only reason for four stars is I'd have loved a slightly lighter shade — this one is a touch darker than expected from the photos. Still, very happy with it and would recommend.
Fitted the whole downstairs
Did the hallway, lounge and dining room all in one go. The click system worked well and the boards lined up nicely. Took a bit of practice on the first few rows but after that it was plain sailing. Looks brilliant now it's all in.
Brilliant flooring for the price
Laid this in our living room last weekend and honestly couldn't be happier. The 12mm thickness makes it feel really solid underfoot — nothing like the thinner stuff we had before. Looks fantastic too, very natural oak finish.

We needed something durable for a busy family kitchen and this has been great so far. Three months in and no signs of wear. The AC5 rating was a big selling point for us given how much traffic that room gets. Really pleased we went for the 12mm — it just feels right.
Quality laminate, slight packaging issue
The flooring itself is top notch — thick, solid and the oak grain looks really authentic. Knocked one star because one pack had a small dent on the corner of the box though the boards inside were all fine. Not a big deal but worth mentioning.
