Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

Bedroom floor sorted
Laid this in the master bedroom last month. Looks beautiful — the natural oak finish is understated and goes with everything. At 10mm you're not going to hear every footstep through the floor either, which was a concern. Dead chuffed.
Transformed the living room
Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online but this has completely changed the room. The colour is exactly as shown in the photos — warm and natural-looking — and at 10mm it feels genuinely solid underfoot. Fitted it myself over a weekend, no major issues. Really pleased.

Fitted the landing and it's made such a difference
Our old carpet on the landing was tatty and always looked grubby. Ripped it out and put this down and it's like a different house. The natural oak tone is warm without being orange, which was exactly what I was after. 10mm thickness means it feels reassuringly solid. Would definitely recommend.
Does exactly what it should

Slightly darker in person but I actually prefer it
The boards came out a touch darker than the online photos suggested, but honestly it works better with our furniture than the lighter shade would have. Quality is excellent — sturdy, no creaking, natural oak grain looks very convincing.
Took longer to fit than expected but the result is stunning
Cutting around the doorframes was fiddly and we underestimated how long it would take — ended up being a two-day job for a medium-sized lounge. But when we stepped back and looked at it finished, it was absolutely worth the effort. The colour is gorgeous and the floor feels really high quality.
Lovely floor, minor gripe
Really love the finish on this — it photographs well and looks even better in real life. Only reason I haven't given five stars is I wish there were a couple more colour variations in this range. The natural oak is gorgeous but a slightly greyer tone would have suited our décor better.

Much better than our old laminate
Previous floor was a cheap 7mm job that felt hollow and clicked when you walked on it. This is a completely different experience — the extra thickness makes it feel like a proper floor. Easy to fit. Looks premium. Good value.

Good quality, minor comment on the click system
Took me a little while to get used to the angle-and-press method but once it clicked (literally) I flew through it. End result is really smart. Sturdy, flat, no movement at all weeks later.
Fitted the whole downstairs
We did the lounge, dining room and hallway — around 60 square metres in total. The click system was easy enough once you got the hang of it, and the boards are a nice weight to handle. The finish is really convincing as an oak effect, not plasticky at all. Few minor imperfections on a couple of boards but honestly barely noticeable once down. Very happy overall.
Great laminate for the price
Laid this in our hallway and it's held up brilliantly. Feels premium — that 10mm thickness makes a real difference compared to the thinner stuff we had before. Would buy again.
Fitted this last weekend in the conservatory
Really pleased with how it's come out. The natural oak shade is lighter and more neutral than some of the competition, which suits the amount of light we get in the conservatory. Easy click system, acclimatised for 48 hours first as advised, no issues at all. The 10mm feels great — very little sound transfer.
Really impressed with the quality
So pleased with how this turned out. We've had cheaper laminate before and the difference with 10mm is immediately obvious — it feels more like a genuine timber floor and there's no bounce or flex. The oak pattern is subtle and realistic, not garish. Fitted the utility room first as a test run and now doing the whole ground floor.
