Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

Perfect for our hallway.
Conservatory looks fantastic
Used this in the conservatory and it's completely changed the space. Warm-toned charcoal works better than I imagined with the exposed brickwork. Feels properly solid — 10mm makes a real difference.

Bedroom looking sharp
Went down in the master bedroom to replace a tired old carpet. What a difference. The charcoal tone gives it a really modern look and it's comfortable to walk on barefoot. Fitting was manageable for a first-timer like me.
Wish there were more colour options
The charcoal natural oak is lovely, no complaints there. Just wish there were one or two more shade variants in this range so I could have compared. That said, this colour has grown on me and the room looks great.
Transformed the living room
Old carpet was manky and this has completely changed the feel of the room. The charcoal tone is spot on — not too dark, not too grey. Feels genuinely solid underfoot, which I wasn't expecting at this price point. Really pleased.
Fitted the hallway in a day
Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online but took the plunge and I'm glad I did. Click system is straightforward once you get going. Make sure you leave it to acclimatise for 48 hours first — did that and had zero issues. The 10mm thickness feels premium, nothing flimsy about it.
A few boards had slight marks but happy overall
Out of the packs I opened, a couple of boards had very minor surface marks — nothing visible once laid. Overall the floor looks excellent and the quality is clear. The colour is moody and contemporary, works brilliantly in our open-plan kitchen diner.
Great but took longer than expected
Took a bit longer to fit than I'd budgeted for — the click system needs a bit of patience on the first few rows. End result is stunning though, completely transformed our extension. The depth and texture of the boards look really convincing.

Very happy with this
Fitted throughout the downstairs — hallway, living room and dining area. Took me and my brother-in-law a full weekend but the result is brilliant. The charcoal natural oak look is stylish without being too bold. Feels sturdy and the click system held together well. Would recommend to anyone considering it.
Really changed the feel of the room
So pleased with how this turned out. We were on the fence about going for a darker floor but it's given the living room a completely different feel — much more grown up and sleek. Fitting was straightforward enough and the boards are substantial. Definitely recommend.
Nice colour, solid quality
Slightly darker in person than the product photos suggested, but actually I prefer it. Goes really well with our white skirting boards. Substantial feel underfoot — you can tell it's not a budget laminate.

Wasn't sure the charcoal would work in a north-facing room but it actually looks brilliant. Gives the room a bit of drama without being oppressive. Quality feels right for the price.

Was tempted by cheaper options but glad I spent a bit more. You can see where the money goes — the thickness, the way it sits flush, the texture on the surface. Our living room looks genuinely high-end now.

You can really tell this is 10mm. Solid underfoot, no hollow sound when you walk on it. Colour is exactly what we wanted.
Landing and top of stairs done
Got enough to do the landing and the top section of the stairs. Was a bit fiddly around the nosings but that's not a product issue, just the nature of the job. Looks great and matches the downstairs floor we fitted last year. Very pleased.
Happy with the result
Fitted this in the utility room and the kitchen. Went down without too much hassle. The colour is a nice neutral that goes with pretty much anything.

Much better than our old laminate
The cheap stuff we had before felt hollow and clicked when you walked on it. This is a completely different experience — 10mm makes such a difference. Feels like proper flooring. The oak effect is convincing and the charcoal colouring is exactly what we were after for a modern look.
