Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.
Warranty
This product comes with a 15 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Happy with it
Really pleased with how this looks in our living room.
Solid underfoot
The rigid core on this makes it feel proper solid — no give at all when you walk on it. For a 5mm product that's impressive. Laid it in the extension and it ties in well with the rest of the house.

Slight colour difference from photos but I prefer it
Slightly darker in person than it looked on my screen, but honestly I think it looks better for it. The oak tone is rich without being too warm. Laid it in the conservatory and it really lifts the space.
Really happy with this purchase
So pleased with how this turned out in our bedroom. The oak finish is really natural-looking, not that fake plastic sheen you sometimes get with vinyl. It's warm underfoot, practical, and the price was very reasonable. Delivery was quick too.
Looks the part
Fitted this last weekend in the living room and dining area. The boards feel solid — that rigid core really does make a difference compared to thinner LVT I've used before. Colour is neutral enough to work with most furniture.
Great for the utility room
Went in our utility room and it's perfect. Easy to wipe clean, looks smart, and the waterproof properties are ideal next to the washing machine. Fitted in a couple of hours.

Much better than expected
Much better than our old laminate. The rigid core means it feels genuinely solid underfoot — no bounce or flex at all. Colour is a lovely natural oak, not too yellow, not too grey. Would order again.
Took a bit of getting used to the click system
Took me a little while to get the hang of the click system on the first few rows, but once I'd figured it out it went down a treat. The finish is lovely and it's held up well so far. Would recommend.
Kitchen sorted
Fitted this in our kitchen to replace tired old tiles. The waterproof aspect was the main draw and it hasn't disappointed — easy to mop, no warping around the sink area. Looks great too.
Wish there were more shades available
Really happy with the quality and it fitted without any issues. Only reason it's not five stars is I'd have liked a slightly lighter shade option — this one is lovely but maybe a touch warm for our décor. Still looks great though.
Very pleased
Really pleased with this. Ordered it for the kitchen and it's held up brilliantly — no scratches after a few weeks of daily use, and the surface is easy to keep clean.
A few boards had minor marks but overall great
Couple of boards in the pack had very minor surface marks but nothing that ended up being visible once laid. Overall the quality is solid and the finish is exactly what we were after for the bedroom.
Transformed the room
Our old carpet was absolutely horrid — this has completely changed the feel of the downstairs. The oak finish looks natural and warm, nothing plasticky about it. Really impressed for the price.

Took longer to fit than I planned
Took a bit longer to fit than I'd anticipated, mainly because I was being fussy about getting the pattern staggered nicely. But the end result is stunning — the living room looks completely different. Well worth the effort.
