Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.
Warranty
This product comes with a 15 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Slight colour difference to photos but still lovely
Slightly darker in real life than it appeared on screen — but actually I think I prefer it. It looks richer and warmer. The click system is easy enough and the floor feels solid once it's all locked in. Minor note only, hence four stars, but genuinely very happy.
Wish there were more colour options
The natural oak is lovely — warm, realistic grain, fits in well with the rest of our house. My only minor gripe is I'd have liked to see a slightly greyer or ashier variant in this range. That said, the quality is great and it went down without any fuss. Four stars from me.

Perfect for the downstairs loo
Compact space, needed something waterproof and easy to cut around awkward pipes. This ticked every box. Looks far more expensive than it was.
Good stuff
Bought enough for the whole ground floor and it looks great throughout. The consistency between packs was good — no obvious repeating patterns that you sometimes get with cheaper floors. Would recommend.

Took a bit longer than expected to fit
Not the quickest floor I've ever laid — the click system needed a bit of patience in the tighter corners — but once it was down it looked absolutely brilliant. The colour is spot on and it feels genuinely robust. Four stars only because of the fiddly fitting, but the finished result is a five.
Converted our conservatory
Had old tiles in the conservatory that were freezing in winter. Switched to this and combined with underfloor heating mats it's a completely different room now. The SPC core handles the temperature fluctuations well and it still looks as good as the day we laid it six months on.
A decent buy
Fitted the landing and top of the stairs. The colour blends nicely with what we already had in the bedrooms and it clicks together cleanly. Couple of boards in the pack had very faint marks on the surface — nothing visible once laid — but worth mentioning. Overall though, very pleased.
Really happy with this
Fitted it in our bedroom and it's transformed the room. The oak tone works really well with lighter walls and the floor feels sturdy — no flex, no hollow sound. Took my time acclimatising the boards first as recommended and it's been perfect since.
Hallway transformation
Our old lino was embarrassing. This has completely changed the entrance to our house — it looks so much more modern and welcoming. The oak tone is warm without being too orange, which was exactly what I was after. Fitting was straightforward once I got the hang of the click system.

Lovely finish in the lounge
Fitted this across our living room last weekend and honestly couldn't be happier. The natural oak look is really convincing — not plasticky at all. Clicked together nicely and the rigid core means it feels solid underfoot despite the slim profile. Would definitely order again.
Great for our kitchen extension
Was a bit unsure about going with an SPC click for the kitchen but it's been brilliant. Handles spills no bother, looks great with our units, and the rigid core gives it a really confident feel underfoot. Fitted it ourselves over a Saturday — no dramas.
Looks great, easy to lay
Did the whole utility room in an afternoon. Straightforward click system, waterproof which is what we needed, and the oak finish looks far smarter than the old vinyl we ripped up. Solid underfoot too — no movement at all.
Pleasantly surprised
Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online but this arrived well packaged, the colour matched the images really closely, and it went down a treat in our dining room. The natural oak finish is subtle and classy rather than loud. Very happy with the purchase.
