Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.
Warranty
This product comes with a 15 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Was worried about fitting it myself — turns out it's dead easy. The click system clicks together cleanly and the boards stay put. Did the landing and top of the stairs in a few hours.

Was sceptical about buying flooring online but this came well packaged and the quality is genuinely good. The SPC core makes it feel much sturdier than some thinner LVT I've used before. Fitted the extension with it and the colour ties in nicely with the rest of the house.

Came slightly darker than it looked on my screen, but honestly I prefer it. Much richer in person. Fitted the conservatory last month and it looks fantastic — the oak grain detail is convincing and it's held up well with all the temperature swings out there. Would buy again.

Perfect for the downstairs loo

Not going to lie, it took me most of a Saturday to do the bedroom — I'm not the quickest at this stuff. But standing back and looking at the finished result, it really is stunning. The natural oak tone is warm and realistic, doesn't look plasticky at all. Glad I went with this one.

Fitted this in the kitchen over a weekend. Nice colour, wipes clean easily, and the click system is pretty forgiving for a first-timer. Wish there were a couple more shade options in the range but the natural oak works well with our cream units.
Transformed our hallway completely
Our old hallway carpet was absolutely rank — dark, worn through in patches and impossible to keep clean. Replaced it with this and the difference is night and day. The natural oak colour is spot on, not too yellow and not too grey, and the rigid core means it feels genuinely solid underfoot despite the thickness. Click system went together easily too, even around the awkward bit by the radiator pipe.

Solid purchase, happy with it
Had this in the bedroom for about four months now and no signs of wear at all. The natural oak is a versatile colour — goes with a lot of furniture tones. A couple of the boards were slightly tricky to click together but once locked in they're very secure. Minor gripe in an otherwise smooth fitting job.
