Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.
Warranty
This product comes with a 15 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Really pleased with this
Was worried about ordering flooring online without seeing it in person first, but the colour matched the sample card perfectly. Laid it in our dining room and it looks genuinely premium. The rigid core means there's no hollow feeling when you walk on it, which I'd had with cheaper vinyl before.

Wish there were more colour options
The Selford Oak shade is lovely — warm and natural. My only gripe is I'd have liked a slightly greyer tone to match our kitchen units better. We went with this anyway and actually it works fine. Four stars because I'd have given five if there was a wider range to choose from.
Fitted the downstairs loo in an afternoon
Small space, obviously, but it was a great way to try out the click system before tackling the hallway next. Went down easily, looks clean and modern, and being waterproof is exactly what you need in a bathroom setting. Very pleased.
Transformed our living room
Our old carpet was a nightmare — stained, worn out, the lot. Fitted this Selford Oak last month and the difference is night and day. The colour is warm and natural-looking, not too yellow, not too grey. Really happy with how it's come together and it feels solid underfoot for an SPC at this thickness.
Conservatory floor
Needed something waterproof for our conservatory which gets very hot in summer. This has handled the temperature changes well so far — no warping or lifting. The colour ties in nicely with our wooden furniture too.
Couple of boards had minor marks but overall great
Out of all the packs I ordered, two boards had very faint surface marks — probably from transit. Wasn't a big deal as there was enough wastage from cutting to work around them. The floor itself looks excellent and feels firm and well-made. Would still recommend.
Good value but took longer to fit than I expected
Took me a bit longer to get the hang of the click system than I'd anticipated — probably about half a day more than planned. That said, once it's down it looks genuinely great and feels solid. Minor gripe, wouldn't put me off buying from the same range again.
Much better than the old laminate
We had a thin laminate down before that sounded hollow and felt cheap. This is a completely different experience — the SPC core makes a real difference and there's no flex underfoot. The oak finish looks authentic and we've had loads of compliments on it. Really glad we upgraded.
Good stuff
Fitted this across the ground floor extension last weekend. Click system was straightforward once I got my eye in — first couple of rows took a bit of patience but after that it went down fast. Looks smart, feels sturdy, and the oak effect is convincing. Would buy again.
Decent floor, good price point
Not the cheapest option out there, but you can genuinely see where the money goes. The planks feel sturdy, the oak grain looks realistic from any distance, and it's held up well with two kids and a labrador. Laid it in the living room about three months ago now and still looks like day one.
Fitted it myself — no issues
I'm not a professional by any means, just a reasonably handy homeowner. Fitted the whole living room in a day with a bit of help from a YouTube video. The planks clicked together without any fuss and the finish looks really professional. Great product for a DIY job.
Slightly darker than expected but no complaints
It came out a touch darker than the product photos suggested, but honestly I prefer it — gives the room a cosier feel. Fitting was simple enough and the click system locked together cleanly. Four stars only because I'd love a slightly lighter variant too.
