Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.
Warranty
This product comes with a 15 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Happy with this. Colour is spot on and it feels sturdy.
Slightly darker than the photos but no complaints
The floor is a touch darker in person than it appeared on screen, but honestly I prefer it — it looks richer and more substantial. Fitted really easily and the rigid core means there's no flex or bounce when you walk on it. Would buy again.

Fitted this over a long weekend
Fitted this over a long weekend across the living room and landing. Was a bit apprehensive about doing it myself but the click system is genuinely straightforward — snaps together nicely and the boards stayed aligned throughout. The grey tone is a cool, neutral shade, not too blue and not too warm, which suits our walls perfectly. Really happy with the result.

Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online but this arrived quickly and the colour matched the photos really well. Sterling grey is a lovely neutral — works with almost anything. Laying it was straightforward, though I'd say make sure you let it acclimatise for 48 hours before you start. Boards lock together cleanly.

Really pleased overall
Easy to fit. Looks premium. Good value. The 5.2mm SPC gives it that firm, confident feel underfoot — not hollow-sounding at all. Only very minor thing is I wish there were one or two more colour options in this range, but the sterling grey is a lovely shade so it's hard to complain.
Great in the conservatory
Put this down in the conservatory where we needed something waterproof. Does the job perfectly. Looks far smarter than the old vinyl tiles that were there before.
Took a bit longer to fit than I expected
Took longer to fit than expected — I'm not the most experienced DIYer and the first few boards took some figuring out. But once I got the hang of the click system it moved quickly, and the end result is genuinely stunning. The grey tone photographs beautifully too. Four stars just because of my own learning curve really.
Transformed our extension
We had the extension finished earlier this year and needed something that could handle underfloor heating. This fits the bill completely — works brilliantly with UFH and the heat comes through evenly. The look is clean and contemporary, exactly what we wanted for a modern open-plan space. Much better than the old carpet
Our old carpet was embarrassing honestly. This has completely transformed the downstairs — looks modern, wipes clean in seconds. The rigid core gives it a reassuringly solid feel when you walk on it. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
Solid choice for a busy hallway
We've got three kids and a dog so the hallway takes a beating. This has held up really well — no scratches or scuffs after a few months of proper use. The colour doesn't show dirt as much as I feared a light grey might. Really sensible buy.
Downstairs loo transformation
Went in our downstairs loo and it looks incredible in there. Small space so it was quick to fit and the waterproof properties are exactly what you want in that kind of room. Very pleased.
