Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.
Warranty
This product comes with a 15 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Does the job nicely
Good solid floor. Fits well, looks smart.
Was worried about fitting it myself
Was worried about fitting it myself — turns out it's dead easy. The click system locks together cleanly and the boards are light enough to manage on your own. Got the downstairs loo done in a couple of hours. Looks smart, feels durable, and it's waterproof which was the main requirement. Really happy.
Solid underfoot, lovely finish
Was skeptical about going for an SPC at this thickness but the rigid core really does make a difference — no give, no wobble, just a firm solid feel. The oak finish is natural looking without being overdone. Fitted it in the living room and the lounge and it flows beautifully between the two spaces. Would recommend.

Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online but the sample matched the actual product really well so no nasty surprises. Fitting was straightforward — the click system is pretty intuitive once you get the angle right. Laid it in the conservatory and it's already survived a few muddy paw prints with ease. Looks great.

Kitchen floor sorted
Needed something waterproof for the kitchen and this ticked every box. Laid it myself over a weekend, no professional needed. The rigid core means it doesn't flex or creak, which was my main worry with a thinner floor. Really pleased with the result.
Took longer to fit than expected but absolutely worth it
I'm not the most experienced at DIY so it took me most of the weekend rather than the afternoon I'd planned. That's on me though, not the floor. Once it was down I was genuinely stunned by how good it looked. The Ashwood Oak shade is warm and natural — exactly what I wanted for the bedroom. A few aching knees later and I'd 100% do it again.

So pleased with how this turned out
So pleased with how this turned out. Went down in the dining room and it's completely changed the space — we had some awful vinyl tiles before and this is on another level. Solid, warm-looking, and really easy to keep clean. The kids have already tested it with everything imaginable and it's wiped off no problem. Highly recommend.
Slightly darker in person but I actually prefer it
The boards came out a touch darker than the photo online suggested, but honestly once it was down I preferred it. Warmer tone works better in our living room than the lighter shade I thought I wanted. Click system is simple enough, though I'd say acclimatise it properly first — made a difference when I did that on the second room.
Brilliant in the utility room
Perfect for our utility room. Waterproof, easy to wipe clean, and the finish looks genuinely nice rather than plasticky. Happy with it.

Solid, looks the part. No complaints at all — the rigid core means there's no flex even over slightly uneven subfloor. Would buy again.
Transformed our hallway
Our old carpet was a nightmare — dark, stained, impossible to keep clean. Fitted this Ashwood Oak across the hallway and halfway into the dining room and honestly it's like a different house. The colour is warm without being too yellow, clicks together really satisfyingly, and feels solid underfoot despite being relatively thin. Couldn't be happier.
Landing and bedroom done
Used this on the landing and one of the bedrooms. Flows nicely between the two — good that the colour is consistent across the packs. Fitting on the landing was a bit fiddly around the spindles but that's just the nature of the job. End result looks really sharp.

Much better than our old laminate — that used to creek and felt hollow. This feels genuinely sturdy. The rigid core is the difference I think. Looks great too.

Fitted this last weekend in the extension
Fitted this last weekend across our new extension and into the kitchen. The click system went together without too much fuss — had a few boards that needed a bit of persuasion but nothing unusual. The colour is a lovely warm oak, not too light, not too orange. Feels stable and solid. Very happy.
Wish there were more colour options
The Ashwood Oak is a lovely shade and we're really pleased with how it looks in our open-plan kitchen-diner. Only reason I'm not giving five stars is I'd have liked to see a couple more colour options in this range — wanted something slightly greyer but this warm tone has actually grown on me. Great floor overall.
