Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.
Warranty
This product comes with a Lifetime manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Looks brilliant in the hallway
Fitted this last weekend in our entrance hallway and honestly couldn't be happier. The anthracite slate effect is really realistic — visitors keep asking if it's real tile. Glued down without any fuss and it's rock solid.

Practical and smart-looking
Wasn't sure about going with a dark floor but the slate effect works brilliantly in our open-plan living area. Easy to keep clean, holds up well to foot traffic and the waterproof nature is ideal with two young children. Colour matches the online image very closely.
Excellent for a busy household

Good value, looks expensive
You genuinely wouldn't know this wasn't real slate unless you crouched down and looked closely. For the price, the quality of the print and texture is really impressive. Fitted the utility room in a few hours with no bother at all.
Much better than our old laminate
We had budget laminate before and it looked cheap within a year. This is a completely different product — the glue-down method means no movement or creaking and the slate effect has real depth to it. Highly recommend for anyone wanting something that actually lasts.
Took longer to fit than expected
Getting the adhesive coverage right took us a while, and we had a couple of tricky cuts around the door architrave. But once it was all down, the result was stunning. The slate texture is really convincing and the colour works perfectly with our grey kitchen units.
Solid choice for a wet room area
Used this in the downstairs loo where we needed something waterproof. Glued down perfectly, no movement at all. Colour is exactly as shown.

Really happy with the result
Was worried about ordering flooring online and not knowing exactly what I'd get, but this was spot on. The anthracite colour is rich and deep, not washed out like some slate-effect floors I've seen. Laid it in the kitchen and it's already survived toddler spillages and muddy dog paws without any issues. Would definitely order again.
Couple of boards needed closer inspection
A couple of tiles had very minor surface marks when I unpacked them, though they weren't really visible once laid. Other than that, really straightforward to fit and the overall look is excellent. The anthracite shade is exactly right.

Transformed our extension
Our old carpet in the extension was absolutely awful — damp and tatty. Ripped it out, levelled the floor, and laid this throughout. What a difference. The slate effect tiles look so modern and they've completely changed the feel of the room. The grout line embossing is a nice touch, makes it look convincingly like real stone. Really pleased.

Slightly darker than the photos but love it
Arrived a touch darker than it appeared on screen, but honestly I prefer it — looks more dramatic. Kitchen looks fantastic.
Wish there were more colour options
The anthracite is lovely but I'd have liked to see a lighter grey option too. That said, the quality here is excellent and it went down without any problems. Very happy with the finish.

Bought this for the conservatory after seeing a similar product in a showroom at double the price. Very pleased with how it's come out. The glue-down method felt a bit daunting at first but there are good tutorials online and it wasn't actually that difficult. Stays flat and looks great.
Adhesion was easier than I expected
First time using glue-down LVT and I was a bit nervous, but it's actually quite forgiving. Set time is generous enough to adjust tiles before they're locked in. Floor is completely solid now with no flex anywhere. Really pleased.
