Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a Lifetime manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Looks brilliant in the hallway
Fitted this last weekend and really pleased with how it's come out. The herringbone pattern looks so much more expensive than it was. Glued down nicely and it's rock solid underfoot now it's set.

Herringbone on a budget — happy days

Pleased with how it came out
The colour is a lovely soft grey with enough wood grain detail to look convincing. Laid it in our open-plan kitchen diner and it pulls the whole room together. Herringbone was slightly fiddly to cut around the skirting but that's expected with this style — end result is gorgeous.
Much better than expected
Was a bit sceptical about a grey tone but it works brilliantly with our light walls. The herringbone pattern really does elevate what could otherwise look like a standard floor. Glued down without any issues and there's been no movement at all over the past couple of months.
Slight colour difference from photos but still love it
Slightly darker than the images online, but honestly I prefer it in person — it's richer and more characterful. The wood effect is convincing and the herringbone layout looks great in our utility room. Minor thing, wouldn't put me off ordering again.
Brilliant in the conservatory

Herringbone always takes more time than a straight lay — I knew that going in, but still took a full Saturday. That said, the end result is genuinely stunning. The grey oak tone is really versatile and the glue bond is solid. Would recommend if you're patient.
Transformed our extension

Couple of the boards had very minor surface marks when they arrived but nothing visible once laid. The overall finish is really attractive — that sky grey oak colourway is versatile and works in pretty much any room. Would buy again.
