Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a Lifetime manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Looks great, very happy.
Pleasantly surprised
Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online but the sample matched the actual product well. The Woodland Oak tone is warm and natural-looking without being too yellow. Laid it in the living room and dining room and both look fantastic. The herringbone pattern really lifts the space.
Took longer than expected but worth it
Not going to lie — the herringbone layout took me longer to plan out than a standard straight lay. Had to take my time with the cuts around the edges. But the finished result is genuinely stunning and I'm glad I went for it rather than the bog-standard plank format. Room looks ten times better.

Slightly darker than the photos
Colour is a touch darker than it appeared on screen, which I was initially unsure about. But actually once it was down I preferred it — gives the bedroom a cosier, warmer feel. Very pleased with how it turned out in the end.
Looks stunning in the hallway
Fitted this across our hallway and into the kitchen diner last month. The herringbone pattern is absolutely gorgeous — gets comments every time someone comes to the house. Glued down nicely with no issues and it's been solid ever since. Really pleased with how professional it looks.

Fitted this over a weekend
Fitted this last weekend across the whole ground floor. The glue-down method keeps everything really stable and there's no movement at all underfoot. The oak grain looks convincing — several people have asked if it's real wood. Wouldn't hesitate to order again.
Smart looking floor
Really impressed with the oak effect on this. Photos online don't quite do it justice — in person it looks much richer. Laid it in our extension and it flows nicely from the existing floors in the rest of the house. A couple of the planks had very faint marks on the surface straight out of the box but nothing visible once down.
Kitchen floor sorted
Needed a practical but good-looking floor for an open plan kitchen. This ticks both boxes. The waterproof aspect was important for us and it handles spills with no fuss. Only thing I'd say is the colour choices are a bit limited — would have liked a slightly greyer tone. Still very happy though.
Good choice for a rental property
Put this in a rental flat where I needed something durable, waterproof and easy to clean. Ticks all those boxes and looks smart enough that tenants will be pleased. Solid product for the purpose.

Herringbone without the hassle
Was worried laying herringbone pattern myself would be a nightmare but it was actually really manageable. The planks are a good size and the adhesion was straightforward. End result looks like something you'd pay a fortune for in a showroom. Going to order more for the landing.
Brilliant for the conservatory
The conservatory gets really hot in summer and I was concerned about how any flooring would cope. This has been absolutely fine — no lifting, no warping, still looks as good as the day we put it down three months ago. The herringbone pattern adds a bit of character to what was previously a plain space.
Transformed the kitchen
Our old vinyl was tired and peeling — this has completely changed the room. The oak effect is realistic and the herringbone layout adds something a bit special. Took a Saturday afternoon to lay but worth every minute.
