Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a 25 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Nice floor, takes a little patience to fit
The planks are gorgeous and the finished result looks really high end. I did find the click system needed a bit of persuasion in places, but nothing a rubber mallet couldn't sort out. Wouldn't put me off buying again.
Really good value for a premium product
The 12mm thickness is noticeably better than the thinner laminate I put down in the spare room a few years back — there's just no comparison underfoot. This feels like you've spent a lot more than you actually have. Highly recommend.
Solid and looks fantastic
Used this in the bedroom and it feels like proper premium flooring. No flex, no hollow sound when you walk on it. Really pleased.
Lovely product, minor gripe
The planks are beautiful and the colour is exactly what I wanted — that warm, slightly aged oak tone works perfectly in our Victorian terrace. Fitting was straightforward and the 12mm feels reassuringly thick. Only giving four stars because I wish there were more shade variations in the range, but the product itself is excellent.
Really pleased overall
The colour photo online was pretty accurate which I always worry about. In real life it's a lovely natural oak shade, not too warm, not too cool. Fitting was smooth and the floor feels fantastic — 12mm really does make a difference. Would buy from here again.
Absolutely love this floor
Laid this throughout our open-plan living and dining room and honestly couldn't be happier. The 12mm thickness makes such a difference underfoot — it feels genuinely solid and premium, not hollow like some laminates we've had before. The oak finish is really natural looking, not too yellow or too grey. Would recommend without hesitation.
Happy with this purchase
Did the whole ground floor and it all looks really cohesive. The floor feels chunky and well-made — you can tell it's 12mm. Only minor thing is I had slightly more wastage than expected cutting around the doorframes, but that's just me being fussy with angles.

So glad I went for this over the cheaper options. The difference in quality is immediately obvious when you walk on it — no bounce, no hollow sound, just a really confident solid feel. The colour is a warm mid-oak that goes with practically everything.
Conservatory flooring done right
Wanted something that could handle the temperature changes in our conservatory and so far this has performed brilliantly. Looks great, feels solid, and the oak colour ties in nicely with the wooden window frames.

Transformed our living room
We were a bit nervous about doing this ourselves but the planks clicked together really easily and the end result is stunning. The Versailles pattern gives it a slightly different look to your standard plank laminate — adds a bit of character. Quality feels top notch for the price.
Great for a full house renovation
We used this throughout the entire ground floor as part of a bigger renovation project. Bought quite a few boxes and the colour match between them was consistent which was a relief. The planks are a decent width and the 12mm thickness gives the whole floor a really grounded, upmarket feel. Fitters commented on the quality too which is always reassuring.
Looks expensive, isn't
Genuinely impressed by how premium this looks in person. The oak grain pattern is subtle and realistic, not that fake plasticky look you get with cheaper laminates. Solid as anything underfoot too.
Kitchen and landing — both look brilliant
Fitted this across the kitchen and upstairs landing over a weekend. The colour is consistent across all the boxes which I was worried about, and the 12mm base means it feels proper substantial. Very happy.

Good quality laminate
Four stars only because I'd love to see a slightly wider plank option in this design. As it stands though the product is great — well-made, solid underfoot and really attractive. Our hallway and stairs landing have never looked better.
Great hallway flooring
Replaced a tired carpet in the hallway with this and it's transformed the space. Really sturdy underfoot and the click system went together smoothly even for a first-timer like me.
