Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

Good stuff
Looks the part.
Decent, not quite luxury
Looks nice and fits together well enough. I wouldn't describe it as premium exactly, but it's a fair product for the money. Went in the dining room and it suits the space. Three stars because it's good but not quite what I'd hoped for aesthetically — the grain repeat is noticeable if you look.
Kitchen floor sorted
Wasn't convinced laminate was right for a kitchen but this has held up really well over three months. No lifting at the edges, looks as good as the day we fitted it.
Fine for the spare room, probably wouldn't put it in the lounge
It looks decent enough and was easy to fit myself, but I do think the finish shows footprints and dust quite easily. For a guest bedroom it's perfectly fine. Just might choose something different for a main living area.
Better than expected
Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online but this arrived quickly, was well packaged and the click system was dead easy. Fitted the bedroom in an afternoon. Looks brilliant.
Extension floor sorted
Had this laid in our new extension by a local fitter. He commented that it was a good board to work with — clicked together cleanly and the thickness gives it a quality feel. Very pleased.
Nice but slightly different shade in person
Colour is a touch darker than the photos on screen, though honestly it works better with our furniture so I'm not complaining. Feels solid at 12mm, nice and quiet underfoot too.
Much better than our old laminate
Our previous floor was a cheap 7mm job that sounded hollow with every step. This is a completely different experience — proper solid feel, looks much more like real wood. Really happy we upgraded.
Solid laminate, does exactly what it should
Fitted this throughout the living room and hallway last month. At 12mm it feels genuinely substantial underfoot — no hollow sound, no flex. Really happy with the finish.

Hallway done
Fitted this last weekend with a mate. Took about four hours for a medium hallway including a bit of faffing around a radiator pipe. End result looks smart. Would recommend.

So pleased with how this turned out
Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online but everything arrived really well packaged and the quality exceeded my expectations. Had a professional lay it in the bedroom and downstairs hallway — he said it was good quality and easy to work with. The Versailles pattern gives it a more traditional feel which suits our Victorian terrace perfectly.
Wish there were a few more colour options
Really happy with the Taunton Oak shade overall but I did spend ages wishing there was a slightly greyer version to match my kitchen cabinets. Ended up going with this and it's grown on me. Quality is excellent for the price and the 12mm feels reassuringly chunky.

Not the cheapest but you can see where the money goes
I went back and forth between this and a cheaper 8mm option. Ended up spending a bit more on the 12mm and I'm glad I did — the difference underfoot is immediately obvious, much more solid and quiet. The oak grain looks realistic rather than plasticky. Long-term investment, no regrets.
Couple of boards had minor marks but overall brilliant
Out of the whole delivery there were two boards with very faint surface marks — easy enough to work around given I had a few spare. Everything else was perfect. The floor itself looks beautiful in our open-plan living and dining space, and feels really premium underfoot. Would recommend without hesitation.

Lovely in the extension
Had this laid throughout our new kitchen extension and it looks spot on. Colour blends well with the grey units, very tasteful. The boards are a good length too so you get nice long runs that look expensive. Fitter commented it was easy to work with.
Transformed the living room
Our old carpet was embarrassing — threadbare in the middle and impossible to clean. Swapped it out for this Taunton Oak and honestly the room looks like something out of a magazine now. The 12mm thickness means it feels really solid underfoot, not that hollow clicky feeling you get with cheaper laminates. Couldn't be happier with it.
Much better than our old laminate
Previous floor was a thin budget laminate that creaked constantly and looked worn within two years. This is on a completely different level — the extra thickness absorbs sound much better and it looks genuinely high quality. Put it through the living room and dining area, about 40 square metres in total. Really pleased.

Great but took longer than I expected to fit
Took me a full weekend rather than the one day I'd planned — partly my own fault for having a funny-shaped room with lots of cuts. The end result though is stunning. Feels very substantial, that 12mm really does make a difference compared to cheaper stuff I've used before. Neighbours have already asked where I got it.
