Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.
Warranty
This product comes with a 25 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Not the cheapest but worth it
Not the cheapest option on the site but you can genuinely see where the money goes. The thickness makes a real difference — it feels like proper flooring, not something that'll dent if you drop a tin. Kitchen and utility both done now and very happy.
Couple of boards had minor marks
Found a couple of boards in the pack with very faint surface marks — nothing serious and once laid you'd never know. Overall quality is excellent and the room looks fantastic. Would still recommend.

Looks great, fits easily
Wasn't sure about fitting it myself but the click system is genuinely intuitive. Did the whole bedroom in a day. Colour is warm and natural-looking — very pleased.

Good quality SPC. Feels very solid for a click product and the oak grain looks realistic rather than plasticky. Fitted the bedroom in about three hours.
Really solid underfoot
The 6.5mm makes a noticeable difference compared to thinner vinyl we've had before. Feels genuinely substantial — almost like real wood when you walk on it.
Fitted the conservatory last month
Fitted the conservatory last month and it's holding up really well despite the temperature changes out there. Looks smart, clicks together cleanly and the rigid core means no soft spots. Make sure you acclimatise it for 48 hours first — worth doing.
Really happy with this
Fitted it in the extension and it looks genuinely premium. The 6.5mm gives it a really solid feel — nothing hollow or flimsy about it at all. Would buy again without hesitation.
Much better than expected
Much better than our old laminate — this feels in a different league. Solid underfoot, the finish is clean and the Rhossili oak colour is warm without being orange. Neighbours have already asked about it.

First few planks took a while to get the angle right but once I got the hang of it the rest flew in. End result is stunning — really pleased with the oak finish.

Went in our downstairs loo and looks brilliant. Waterproof obviously helps in there. Tight space to work in but the click system made it manageable even for a DIY novice like me.

Wish there were more colour options
The Rhossili oak is a lovely shade and works well in our living room, but I'd have liked to compare it with a slightly lighter variant before committing. That said, it looks great and the quality is genuinely impressive.
Slight colour difference but love it
Slightly darker than the photos suggested, but honestly I prefer it — looks richer in person. Click system was straightforward and the planks feel really robust.

So pleased with how this turned out. Laid it in the hallway and down the stairs landing and it looks really elegant. The rigid core means it doesn't flex or creak at all.
