Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

Solid underfoot, looks the part
Solid, looks the part. You can feel the 6.5mm thickness compared to thinner SPC we had before — noticeably more substantial.
Very happy with this purchase
Was worried about ordering flooring online without seeing it first but the colour is pretty much spot on compared to the sample. Laid it in the downstairs loo and it's been perfect — totally waterproof as promised and looks far more expensive than it was. Would definitely order from here again.

Slightly darker than the photos suggested but honestly I prefer it in person — looks richer and more natural. Fitting was easy enough once I got into a rhythm.

Our old carpet was dreadful
Our old carpet was dreadful — stained, worn through in places. This has completely transformed the living room. The colour is lovely, a proper neutral oak tone that goes with everything. Feels robust underfoot too, not at all flimsy.

Fitted this last weekend
Fitted this last weekend in the hallway and landing. Wasn't sure about doing it myself but the click system snapped together really easily. The fossil oak colour is warm without being too orange — exactly what I was after. Really pleased with the result.

Much better than the laminate we replaced
Much better than the old laminate we ripped up. That stuff felt hollow and clicked when you walked on it. This is rigid and quiet — makes a real difference day to day. The oak effect is subtle and realistic, not plasticky looking.

Nice finish in the extension
Went down in our new extension and it looks great. Took a little longer to fit than I expected around the doorframes but the end result is really clean and the boards feel well made.

So pleased with how this turned out in the conservatory. We were advised to acclimatise the boards first which we did for 48 hours and they went down without any issues. Feels genuinely solid underfoot — you'd never guess it was SPC from the look of it. The grain detail is really convincing. Not the cheapest option but you can absolutely see where the money goes.

Happy with it. Only minor thing is I wish there were a few more colour variations in the range, but the fossil oak works really well in our space so can't complain too much.
