Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a 25 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Fitted this over the weekend
Fitted this last weekend in the hallway and extension. Takes a bit of patience on the first few rows but once you get going it clicks together really well. Feels solid underfoot — proper substantial feel, not flimsy at all. Would buy again.

Took longer to fit than expected — the utility room had some awkward angles around the boiler pipework. But the end result is genuinely stunning and I'm so glad I persevered. The oak tone is warm without being orange, which was exactly what I was after.

Laid it in the upstairs landing
Was worried about fitting it myself on the landing — it's an awkward narrow space with three doorways. Turns out it's dead easy with this click system. Feels reassuringly solid when you walk on it, no flex or hollow sound. The colour is a lovely natural oak, not too yellow. Really pleased with how professional it looks.
Downstairs loo upgrade
Went in our downstairs loo to replace the old tile-effect vinyl. Looks so much better and feels far more solid underfoot than I expected for the thickness. Waterproof properties are exactly what you need in that room.

Much better than our old laminate. Feels more substantial and the wood effect is convincing. Laid it in the dining room and it's already had a few spills — wipes clean easily.

Great for the conservatory
Went down in our conservatory where we were worried about temperature changes. Held up well so far and the colour works beautifully with the white walls. Click system took a bit of getting used to on the angled cuts but nothing a YouTube tutorial couldn't sort. Overall very happy — four stars as I had one plank with a tiny surface mark but it was right at the edge so no issue.
Transformed the living room
Our old carpet was tired and stained — this has completely changed the feel of the room. The oak finish looks genuinely premium and the click system was straightforward even for a first-timer. Really pleased.
